The fastest service that I have ever gotten anywhere! Within minutes of sitting down we were served tea and they took our food order. Food came out really fast too. Friendly service and really good food. Budget friendly dining experience as well! Worth the drive out to Annandale.

On May 21st I came here for dinner, I got the beef tendon noodle soup and my friend got the beef noodle soup. We both got severe food poisoning - it’s the worst bout I’ve ever had. Also note that “beef tendon noodle soup” only has beef tendon, no other cuts of beef - I did not realize that.
I’ve been here many times, and I wish they had not gotten rid of their breakfast/brunch menu, but they don’t sell any of those items anymore.

Grew up going here and the food is solid. I think some dishes have fallen off since I started going here over a decade ago. However, the staff are incredibly efficient and nice. Food always comes out fast and prices are solid for the times.

My go-to place for comfort food especially when craving for authentic Chinese/Taiwanese cooking. Small dishes are so tasty and well flavored. Tiny place but clean. Staffs are friendly & efficient and service is always great. Btw, they take credit cards now, so no longer a cash-only diner.

It’s sad. I’ve been going to this place since around 2010 and I’ve also been to the Rockville one. I have always loved going here and even brought friends and family here sometimes. Just this last time, one of the sliced beef dishes had this discolored, purple/blue, shiny beef that looked rotten. It left me so disappointed. It’s also true that no one ever leaves a rating unless it’s very negative. Though I’ve had many positive times here, I’d be afraid to take my family (much less myself) here again sadly. Blessings!

It was an Uber order - the fried chicken was very dry, there weren’t any chopsticks delivered, the dumplings were ok but the sauces were extremely small.
Definitely not ordering here again.

This used to be one of my favorite places because it has the small Taiwanese dishes unavailable anywhere else. Now, there are more places that offer them, so it's not so quite unique any more, but is still a go-to for the veggie dishes. And now they take credit cards! The food is fast, so even if there's a line, you know you won't have to wait too long for the food. The bathroom is in another place in the building.
Wow, what a quaint little place. It's a bit run down in that the inside is older and dated, but I could care less about that - I care about my enjoyment of the food for the price, and my wife and I really enjoyed our meal. We will definitely be going back. Also, I had the beef dumplings and, my wife who is Chinese, were both really impressed with them and enjoyed them. Everything we had we enjoy, but the beef dumplings were the most memorable.
