Horrible service. They are not attentive and they are not in any rush to get your order. If you want fast service, this is not the glance for you. Ironically, this is supposed to be a fast food restaurant. Hispanic “middle-aged manager” doesn’t care about customers or customers! Loves to tell all customers to “Call Corporate”!!! Trains her employees to say the same thing!!!

The worst attention of all Burger King, they have no change, they give you the wrong request and nobody tells you anything.

Worst place ever. Service workers ignore you while talking to eachother even though a line is piling up, flies around the register, drive through takes forever. Then drive through took so long that we walked inside and it was even worse.

I completed a door dash to this restaurant while visiting DC. I was staying in a nearby Hilton Hotel for the weekend. My daughters and I had contemplated what we were going to eat for breakfast all morning and finally decided on Burger King. We ordered two sandwiches, two French toast sticks with two orders of hash browns. Well, the order arrived with NO SYRUP and NO KETCHUP. We are not at home and cannot easily provide these items for ourselves. We called door dash for help. They only refunded the money. I tried to call Burger King and they allowed the phone to ring and ring and ring and ring until it eventually rang busy. I called over 10 times. This definitely was a sour start to my day and I hate fast food restaurants who exhibit trifling behaviors. And since they wouldn't even answer the phone to find out my concern, hopefully some one will read this and will desire to do better in the future. Smh! ~ Signed, Very disgruntled customer

This place is a constant let down, the service is awful and the orders take FOREVER to come out. Then they’ll have you wait in the parking lot and scream your name then you have to walk up to the drive through and get the food yourself. If you have 20 minutes to wait for your food then by all means help yourself.

I tried the new burger, it tasted different than the whopper, the fries were good. The power went out so things got hectic, we ordered desserts but took 45 minutes to get it.

This location must be under new management sometime in the last few years. Service and food used to be so bad that I wouldn't go. Wife likes it, so tried it again recently a couple of times, and everything is much better than it was. Getting the order correct, getting hot food, and actually having pleasant people serving is a completely different experience from the previous ones.

On 05/17/25 between 11:45 AM and 12:00 PM, I came to pick up a mobile order and had a terrible experience.

I first spoke to a Hispanic woman with darker skin and dark hair, approximately 198 lbs (90 kg) and around 5’3” (about 1m60). She was wearing a headset and preparing drive-thru orders. When I asked her a simple question, she immediately screamed at me in an aggressive and unprofessional manner.

Surprised by her behavior, I turned to the second employee at the counter—a light-skinned Hispanic woman, around 5’1” (about 1m55), between 45 and 55 years old, with green eyes and a ponytail, wearing a Burger King hat. I tried to explain what had just happened, but she also shouted at me and treated me with the same rude, disrespectful attitude.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. There is absolutely no excuse for this kind of treatment. I will not be returning.

LOBBY DOESN'T OPEN AT 6AM Won't open inside till a manager comes even if 3 employees inside. Almost 7 am and no manager yet...and they are rude at drive thru when you ask about when it opens. They angrily repeat they don't know when it opens till you ask 5 times and then they say not till a manager arrives and theirs is late. So not open inside and I say ok I'll order here let me look at the menu and then told me to hurry Was only like 10 seconds I was looking at the menu. Then my orders food was extra greasy more then ever before and i know the food well eating a few times a week .
