I didn't like how I ordered an order of tacos. And then he yelled at me in a strong tone that he was charging me in advance and I didn't know if I wouldn't pay him before. But they have bad customer service. Better not recommend it.

This place used to be so good 10-15 years ago. Now it’s just a run down shell of what it used to be. Food is below mid, the atmosphere is run down and dirty, holes in the wall inside the restaurant, looks infested and unclean, not to mention the service is below subpar.I thought eating here would've been worth it even with the nostalgia from my childhood but even with the nostalgia i was extremely disappointed

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a pizza place. I needed pizzas at exactly 11 for a party. We only have the venue until 11:45 and I have to drive the pizzas back. I called ahead twice the day before to explain how important it is to have the pizzas at 11. I know they open at 11, which is why I wanted to make sure it’s possible. It’s ok if it’s not, I’d just make other plans. They said multiple times it’s possible. I showed up and waited around like an idiot. Pizzas weren’t ready until 11:20. I missed most of my kid’s party and we had to rush out. The worst part is that the pizzas tasted awful. Dominos would have been better and on time. I’ve never been so upset at a restaurant before. Had they just told me they couldn’t get it done, I would have just made other plans. I don’t appreciate being lied to.

Pizza wasn't cooked enough for my liking and the pizza dough was very thin and didn't have any air in it. (But it tasted better when we took it home and threw it in a skillet.) Decor was bare bones and the one window in the restaurant was small and partially obstructed. While we were there a group of guys that had been day drinking there got into an argument and ended up physically fighting each other in the vestibule of the restaurant.

I Normally don’t give reviews on restaurants because if I don’t have anything nice to say I much rather keep it to my self, I’m not going to waste my time on giving a bad review on a restaurant just to get free food and give the place a bad image, simply if I don’t like the food I stop ordering from the place. People don’t realized how hard it is keeping up with a restaurants now days, and they expect things for free when one little thing goes wrong. Casa D Mama has delicious food and great people working there to deliver excellent customer service. I would give them a 10 stars if I had the option.

This is low key the best pizza anywhere near Annandale, ask for anything they have extra crispy and you will get a pizza that blows away Andy's / I'm not a shill and don't know anyone that works there, and I like Andy's a lot. I hate to give away my spot, but they kill it and deserve it.
This USED to be a good place. Ordered two sandwiches. The steak and cheese was burnt and the taziki side I ordered with the "below par" gyro side was thin as milk. I will not be returning as this is my second or third dissapointment going here.

I was there today and Im guessing they change administration, the place looks different the music is different its not "Italian" anymore they even have a couple of slot machines, the taste of the crust was ok but the texture was to saggy like it was standing in the box for to long ( which it didn't ) I feel sad because this was my favorite pizza in town. Have been going here for many years. Ever since the new owner, food is terrible. Gyro meat was chunks, seem like frozen food. My coworkers got their normal meals and they were also disappointed. I suggest not to go here.
