To be honest, I ate here once, and the chicken had a little blood and a fishy smell, but I ate it anyway because I was hungry. Afterwards, I got salmonella because of their sometimes terrible food. However, I didn't want to cause them any trouble because of their good service and politeness. But to be clear, my friend went there and was insulted by a female employee. He almost got into a fight with her if I hadn't intervened. Please improve the food quality and ensure that customers are treated with respect and patience. I used to like this restaurant, but not anymore

Very bad service, a front cashier was helping me and not even looking or paying attention to my order, plus they keep me waiting for like 15 minutes for a hot coffee which I didn't get because it never came
I really do like this Chik fil A because the food is always fresh and hot. The service is great. However, I felt like I had to write this review because in almost 90% of my drive thru experiences and mobile orders what I order and what I receive is incorrect. I have started checking all my items before I pull off because I am always given atleast 1 incorrect item.

We had lunch at this Annandale restaurant. As always, the food was fresh and delicious! There was a Chick-Fil-A employee in our area, that took great care of us as wiping our table, and she knew exactly what we needed (getting us a bag for our leftovers without asking)! Her name was Rubentina (spl?)
I had a wonderful experience at Chick-fil-A. The service was great and the Mac And Cheese was delicious. The do everything woman working in dinning room kindly refilled my beverage for me. Wonderful customer service.
