I am writing this review because this restaurant used to be really good but with time it has gone downhill, the staff is mostly women and if you are a girl they treat you so poorly, won’t even greet you or acknowledge you, but is a different story with the men, not to mention they increase the price of the food, and charges for sauces and charges a fee for taking your food to go. I never seen a restaurant charge you a fee for take out. Do not recommend, the food, the price, the overall experience is very disappointing. I have try to talk to the manager but they are never available.

Never come back after buying a plate of food, owner did not give a sauce she want to charge extra for sauce, I totally get if I ask for extra sauce but not the case . It should be included at least one sauce.

The food is very good but the people who serve They give a lot to be desired and apparently not only me but most people think so and they still have the nerve to put a container for tips ? The lady who charges super bad service, I really don't know how they can work in customer service and those who are serving you like the food was free.
I thought I was going to eat delicious food for Father's Day if I was going to celebrate it myself. I ordered chicken with cream and it was salty, the fried plantain was harder than fried, they didn't have bread or tortillas if you ask for spicy sauce or jalapeño they charge you in full I ate very bad unpleasant the bread display case remained open all the time and even was They started sweeping and never saw the display case to close it so that the dust wouldn't fall on the bread ?

The most racist place I've ever been too. This place made me feel like I was in the 1950s. I stood at the counter waiting to place my order for 10 min. Then when a Spanish person finally came in I got served after them. On top of that I asked for chicken n was told it had to be cooked so I have to wait 20 min. I said ok cuz I was hungry. Meanwhile other Spanish customers were getting chicken. I told my this Is more racism than white people made n never went back. Beware of you are black but if u are not u might be good

I had a bad experience on my first visit when I ordered the fries they gave me the fries in paper and a bag, I don't understand being a restaurant they don't know that they CANNOT put hot food in a plastic bag because it can make the chemical bonds of the plastic react and be Toxic on top of that, the bag where they placed it arrived at my work, the bag where they placed it was wet, the bag was sweaty and the potatoes no longer tasted the same, their rice and beans WAS Bland, my chicken was RAW AND BLOODY, it had no flavor. I MADE ME want to go back and complain but I was far away because of work I paid for something that in the end I didn't eat due to the problems mentioned before, OMG at least they season the meals if they are going to offer their guests a product then do it with LOVE cook and season the food the attention of the redeem very parca seriously I will NEVER go back there and I would even less recommend the place

This is a convenient spot for me, so I thought I'd check it out. Ordered the 1/2 chicken. The meal was very filling. The service was wonderful. I was in and out very quickly.
