very cheap store, there was white-lady she already looked dirty and unhygienic handed my orders and i just asked 1 sauce but she refused it and wanted to charge eventho you had orders of >$27. i always order here from app coz next to my place but last order of mine in this store, no standard customer service

Disgusting customer service. Pizza had NO cheese, called the manager and he hung up once I told him what was wrong. Wont pick up any calls after that, immediately ends the call. Never buying again.
i just moved to the area about a few months ago and I haven't had any problems until tonight. the driver named fatema she was rude. i don't know why she a delivery driver if she has a problem with tipping a dollar. She should be glad I even had a dollar sometime people dont even give anything. I'm just a single mother trying to feed my kids and I only had 26 dollars and she had the audacity to tell me that tipping a dollar is for homeless people. i don't know why people choose jobs knowing what comes with it. trust and believe that tonight was the last time ordering from them.

Went to order a pizza one night. Ordered a pepperoni pan pizza. Got an update that my order was placed for a hand tossed pizza. Called right back to tell them the order was wrong. I was told the order could not be changed and I explained to the manager what my order was and that the employee had incorrectly punched in the order. The manager informed me that I was a a liar and they would not correct the order. She essentially said they made no mistake and it was my fault for asking for the wrong thing (which I didn't).

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with a Domino's store. They misdelivered my pizza, showed no willingness to rectify the situation, and when the cold and soggy pizza finally arrived, it was inedible. The manager's indifference, refusal to refund or remake the order, and poor service make it a store I strongly recommend avoiding.

Ordered before 1045 pm on a weekday when they closed at 12. Waited about 45 minutes and then they canceled at 1130…. Jus tell me you can’t deliver and I’ll make other plans. I just waited 45+ minutes for nothing
