Our server, Jongwan (?), was fantastic! He mentioned he’s just a part-timer there, but the way he treated customers was as if he were the owner. Their machine has all the latest Korean pop songs, and my friends and I had an amazing time. We’re definitely going back!

This place is so fun!! It’s the perfect spot for a birthday celebration with friends. We did dinner elsewhere so I can’t comment on the food but the atmosphere is great and the place is fun.

If you’re looking for a karaoke bar that doubles as a social experiment in patience, this is the place for you.
We showed up ready to sing our hearts out, only to find that our patience was about to be tested. There was about one and a half workers in the beginning.. then others started to trickle in like they forgot what time their shift started. One guy even had a full-on bloody nose. What was he doing before his shift? I don’t want to know.
The karaoke system? It was a technical disaster. The WiFi kept cutting out like it owed the place money. Then the tablet died mid-song and we were told it’d be “20 to 30 minutes.” So instead, our friend literally learned Korean just to use the old school karaoke system. She has a Duolingo streak now. That’s how unhelpful and broken the setup was. After a full hour, we asked for the tablet and it still wasn’t ready..
Would I go back? Nope. Am I still laughing in disbelief? Yes.

A chill impromptu karaoke lounge. Have never eaten there simply due to eating prior to our visits. We been three or four times and the service has always been friendly and the prices are fair. They could improve on including easier/faster selections for English songs so that you don't have to YouTube your own lyrics. We do enjoy that you can alter the mic/speaker volume and autotune. Our most recent visit, the women's restroom was dirty and out of toilet paper. The bar was being overrun with a few groups of people on our way in and out so just had to be patient in getting the bartenders attention. It's a solid spot to go to but nothing overly fancy. Update: need to mention that they take DAYS to process the charge on your card, beware the $1 pending charge which will take awhile to change to the full amount.
Had a great time with friends and the prices were pretty reasonable.

aj and walter were the friendliest and best bartenders for me. they were extremely attentive and also very welcoming to my party and i! i 100% recommend coming here for a good time and a fun time (^:

Terrible service. Waiter harassed us for a tip after checking in on us once in 2 hours and never asked anyone if we wanted drinks resulting in me going up to the bar every time. He was incredibly rude and got mad we didn’t tip and rolled his eyes. This man needs to be fired. Never coming to this garbage again. Tipping is not an obligation, even less so when the service is bad.

Horrible experience tonight. Came here with 5 gentleman, and had a decent night in the karaoke room. But the waiter never came to our room except once. They only gave us free water, and they let us be.
When we went to go pay, two of our friends didn’t tip because this place didn’t do anything to create a welcoming atmosphere, and they didn’t really do anything, so we thought it was only fair to not leave a tip and leave gracefully. However, when we were checking out, a large man with glasses who was a bartender approached us and confronted us for not giving a tip. He then held our cards hostage and almost double charged us for 10 minutes, and we waited for him hand us back our cards to leave. And eventually he gave them to us. Overall, this place has horrible staff who want to squeeze you for tips they don’t deserve. And when they don’t get it, they get upset, and ask “was our service bad?”. It’s like what do you expect? If there’s no service, there’s no tip. That’s just the way it is.
