Angry Hot is smoking hot. Loved it. So many times claims to heat are disappointing, not at this place.

The atmosphere is just like the photo.
I ordered the chicken wings and chicken sandwich at medium spiciness, which was too spicy for me.
When I went to pick up the food, there was a strong smell of grease in the store, but the food was good.
Next time, I plan to order mild.

This Annandale location is BY FAR the best spot to get hangry Joe's. Foods been very pleasing each time I've been here compared to other locations. the ingredients always seem to be in v good condition as well. 5* easy

Ordered wings last night and they were terrible. Ended up throwing them away and eating just 2. Such a waste of money. The other person I was with thought the same about her wings. So bad.

This place is definitely underrated, under recognized. My 12 yr old daughter and I went for the first time, they had the best and biggest chicken sandwich she's ever eaten. I ordered the espresso shake, literally the best shake I've ever had in my whole entire life. I give Hangry Joes in Annandale 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆. That includes the customer service as well, very friendly service. Thanks for the best food and experience. ?? I'd recommend this place to everybody.

First time ordering from here and I haven't even finished all of my food yet, but I'm very happy! If you don't like spice this place is not for you. I like spice but I'm old so I figured I'd start with the no heat. Well, I'm glad I didn't go for anything higher tonight, even the no-heat has heat. Mild definitely, but it is there! And the funnel cake sticks make my carnival loving heart very happy!

What a joke of a franchise. I waited way too long for 3 basic sandwiches and when I went back inside for the 3rd time to pick up my order, I asked the Pakistani male (maybe Manager) if there's any sauces and he replied with "everything's in the bag". So, came home and only got one small sauce container for 3 sandwiches and fries...one order didn't even have cheese on it and nothing was labeled to identify the spice levels. Already not a fan of Hangry and definitely will never suggest this location to anyone. Seems like anyone can buy a franchise these days.

Let’s start with the food. I got a chicken Sando combo. The chicken was good even though it was nothing like Nashville hot chicken. I got medium hot and found it to be not very spicy. Less spicy than a Chick-fil-A spicy chicken sandwich. It was a large piece of chicken breast. It did have a slightly fishy smell. Not bad, but it makes me wonder if they need to clean their oil. Well cooked, pretty well seasoned; With the slaw and pickles it was a very tasty combination.
The waffle fries were OK. They’ve got some kind of coating on them to make them crispy which to me just makes them taste fake I would pass on the fries next time.
The hungry sauce seems to be just mayonnaise and hot sauce. It does not seem special to me.
Service and atmosphere: so you walk in and order on a kiosk. The only time my all employee was when I picked up my food. Took a little over 15 minutes from the time I placed my order till I got my food. It’s a little long, but OK if it’s cooked to order as it seems to have been. The space was clean but spare. Not the kind of place where you wanna spend a lot of time. Feels like they mostly hope you will take your food and leave.
Reviews: I find it interesting that there were 20 5-Star reviews in one month (October 2023); and there have only been three or four reviews a month since then. I take those reviews with a grain of salt.

Just as great as the other location off Van Dorn. The sandwich is delicious and the choice of drinks is plentiful. Very clean establishment, but parking can be a little inconvenient depending on the time of day. Pricing is like any other place at the moment, but the quantity and quality of food compared to most fast food locations is significantly greater.

Quiet empty spot walked in ordered off the kiosk waited, got my food and left i start eating and the fries tasted of. Ate 2 wings on my third i notice something shiny in the breading…its metal shavings fried into the wings. Now im sitting here wondering how many shavings ive eatn so far
