Iron Age - Annandale

Came here a few times and thought I was going to write a decent review. Genuinely enjoyed the food, the atmosphere was like a basic KBBQ with a K-pop twist. Wish it didn’t happen but I ended up getting food poisoning. Was deathly sick for over a week. Got salmonella poisoning!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner here. The restaurant has a lounge-like atmosphere but feels very family friendly. The staff are courteous, attentive, and respectful. The food was fresh. All of the meats were well prepared for grilling, and the Bulgogi and the Beef brisket were out of this world! The spicy rice cakes and steamed egg were definitely my favorite appetizers. All in all a wonderful place for a night out.

Dietary restrictions: One of the dipping sauces they serve at the table is peanut oil based.

New to the area, came here with friends, and oh my goodness it was excellent. Our server, Gio, was a total sweetheart, very attentive. One of our group had dietary restrictions, can't have pork, and he went above and beyond to keep things separate. The food was so, so delicious and the atmosphere was great.

Food was good but our server Tee was very rude, completely ignored my questions and didn’t even bring out our drinks till 15 minutes later and on top of that it seemed like she didn’t even want to work, pretty much had to beg her to work. Completely unprofessional

Jaden helped me and was super friendly, he explained very well how it worked and it's not that expensive for what they offer. I feel like it's a very good place to go alone or with the family.

Other than cooking your own food it is a really good place to eat. This is an all you can eat restaurant. However, you only choose 2 meats at a time. They have a full bar and the drinks are really good.

Make sure you check your receipt and credit card statements. I was given a bill of $161.28 and a charge of $186.88 showed up on my statement.

Auto gratuity was charged which is fine so not sure why there was a change later. This was for four people with four fountain drinks.

Not only that the food here was phenomenal but the prices are just as equal as well. I recently wanted to find a good Korean BBQ near me since i haven't been to once while living in Virginia. I have always been a huge fan of Korean BBQs. To start off with, the staff is so attentive and are on thier A game 100% of your time spend at the restaurant. They know how to read the table and give prompt to service based on a group eating rate. This added to the food and experience of a Korean BBQ adds on to the good family/date/meeting(whatever the occasion may be)day experience. To end my ranting the price is completely fair seeing it is all you can eat to include sides. This gets a million out of 10 for me, but since it only 5 stars on Google Iron Age has earned all 5 of them stars and more.

Great staff and great food! We brought several friends and there was something on the menu for everyone! We loved all the food we got-and our waitress helped us with the food we got and didn't know how the cook which was soo appreciated.
