I've been coming to location for a while, the sub are always fresh, the workers have excellent customer service skills.

Their desserts are presented beautifully.

Ordered sandwich, put on wrong bread, ignored instructions for sandwich, wrong bread, no tomatoes or lettuce on Big Kahuna, skimpy meat, no “ Mikes Way”. Totally ignored instructions and to top it off did not apply points for the visit. Eaten here many times, but this was a total disappointment. Deserve a refund!!!! Tried to call 6 times and no one would any the phone.

Like some of the other reviews. Stood no line. No acknowledgement such as we will be with you. Stood for 5 minutes while busy. Rude. Avoid this location

My first time here after a doctor's visit and my sandwich wasn't made according to my customization! Oil/Vinegar was not in the bag, on the side as I requested, so the other half of my sandwich will be soggy tomorrow for lunch. Disappointed, why ask for special directions if you aren't going to follow them? Why waste my time?

Stoped at this location twice. The first time it was very slow, But there was no acknowledgment from the staff And the management. But I got a Philly cheesesteak without onions and peppers. The person that cooked my sandwich was very nice when I asked for extra mayo. Now the second time which was today, superbowl day. I ordered the same thing which was Philly cheesesteak without onions and peppers and I’m prettt sure it was written on the ticket!!!! But the manager that cooked my sandwich put onions on it. So I told him that i asked for no onions and peppers so he shoved the onions on the side!! lol so when he handed me my sandwich I had told him that i was allergic to onions. He then asked me if I wanted him to cook me another sandwich with an attitude. if he just read the ticket the right way we would’ve never had an issue. It’s funny how he was the one that made the mistake and he was the one with an attitude. The only reason I come to the spot is because I go to Wingstop. I’m sad to say that this will be the last time I’ll be going there to order a sandwich. I feel like the whole staff needs Training customer service.

We love the subs here and the energy from the staff is amazing. Jersey Mike's Subs is most definitely #1 . Jersey Mike's will be our official NFL spot for all suds for football season.

Vegetarian options: Vegan sub is great and you can create your own vegan sub .

Special review here for the service. Ordered a veggie and this is the first place that I’ve been to that asked if I was a vegetarian. Why? So they could clean the blade. Which they did. Good on them.

If I could give it 0 starts I would the ladies in the store were replacing the lettuce so I waited to order none of them greeted me and then one of the ladies goes I’m just waiting for you to order very rudely.

Unfortunately Jersey Mike’s must have a different sandwich maker today. The Jersey Mike’s way was missing something and I got a jumbo and my other side is soggy. ??

Didn’t want to serve us when it was 8:50 PM, when the store technically didn’t close until 9:00 PM. Maybe they should update that they close at 8:50 PM exactly.

As a frequent flyer of Jersey Mike’s, the Annandale location is the best I’ve had. Thanks to Sam and the staff, I had the perfect sub. Try the number 6.

The sub maker refused to toast or grill bread.He said Jersey Mike’s does not toast bread for tuna subs, and if he did it for me, he would have to do the same for other customers. Where is the customer service in that logic?

I ordered a Philly at the Annandale store, I ordered it with NO onions and NO peppers, fairly simple order, but when I got home you guessed it onions and peppers. Now I'm not going to go all the way back to the store, but if it happens again I will just quit going there!
