I ordered a Philly at the Annandale store, I ordered it with NO onions and NO peppers, fairly simple order, but when I got home you guessed it onions and peppers. Now I'm not going to go all the way back to the store, but if it happens again I will just quit going there!

Stay away. The customer service is atrocious. I was accused of not paying for my food even after showing them the payment authorization from my bank.There are plenty of places in this are to get a sandwich that will treat you better. But if you do make the mistake of visiting this location make sure to get a reciept to avoid feeling intimidated into paying twice.

I'm so excited to have a sandwich shop as great as Jersey Mike's nearby. Annandale is full of good restaurants but it's very heavily Asian cuisine (which I love) but I'm so tired of all the Korean fried chicken options. Sometimes I want a healthier option! This location is very convenient and they are staffed with friendly smiling employees. I will be a frequent visitor to Jersey Mike's! Thanks for making me a delicious, healthy sandwich in less than 5 minutes.

Rileigh (manager), Stormy (meat slicer and order taker), Marina (cashier)…Bad service. Everything went fine until Marina (cashier) asked if I wanted receipt which I said “yes”, so I was waiting until hoping that she would print me out a receipt. Time passes by and she helps other customers. I understand they were backed out and busy but the way they handled the situation was flat out rude. Instead of printing me out a receipt, Marina (the cashier) goes “I already gave you one ” either she has low IQ, memory of a goldfish that she can’t remember what she did few min ago…and I tell her “if I did get my receipt then why would I be asking you for one”… so the cashier goes to the order taker (fat, rude woman with glasses named stormy)… stormy then asks Rileigh (goth looking manager with facial piercing) who was sitting with her laptop on the side table … “how do we print out a receipt that customer decided they didn’t want but changed their mind” with a smirk tone and facial expression. This implies that I’m a liar by her wording even though I clearly told the Mexican cashier (can’t speak English that well) that I wanted a receipt. Marina the cashier gives me death stare as I wait for my food.The manager Rileigh tells me that I will get mine with a mean demeanor. Instead of being apologetic and defusing situation, she is adamant that it’s not her employees fault. Order took 20 min long anyways and not worth it. Food wasn’t warm enough. When I asked Rileigh about her stores complaint number, she just directs me to go to some app and tries to make excuses for her employees but Never admitting mistake on their part and never being apologetic. New store opening but bad customer service. Is this a place where you want to make orders? Do not come here. Left sour taste in my mouth. Unpleasant and unfriendly atmosphere. I rarely leave reviews and try to be understanding but this is just over the edge.

Jersey Mike’s has done it again, great location and professional, polite and friendly staff. Had the pleasure of enjoying a club mini sandwich, chips and Starry drink. The sandwich was made to order fresh, with flavorful ingredients. The newly opened store was clean, tables were wiped down and the bathrooms were well stocked and clean as well.
