Horrible experience every time. Menu is always different from the app and never can use points or specials. Yes, it's a KFC/Taco Bell so points can't be used, I semi get that but what about the menu!!!??? Why have an app if NOTHING makes sense. Or at the very least have the app reflect their specific menu, come on that can't be hard. When I go the website for this specific location sends me straight to the app... Horrible all around. This place is 5 mins from me, if there were another closer not a problem but there isn't.

Ordered Uber eats promo for 2 chicken tender meals. Chicken was dry, only got 1 sauce total when I was supposed to get 4, and never received 1 of drinks. Clearly didn't even care about looking at the order.

All the dishes are good and I really like their least but I do not recommend visiting this place, all the staff in this store do not serve you with good conditions, I have visited the place many times and from customers it is never full but even so it makes you wait a long time to serve you and when your order is ready they give it to you in minutes after they cool down .. change staff or improve the conditions

Today 10/01/2024 10pm I just ordered extra crispy 8PC and oh my god they were terrible and super oily. They barely understood my order and forgot my sides and coke. I ordered thighs only and it was a mixture of thighs and breasts. Super salty and a waste of money. When did KFC become this bad?!

I am very upset because they did not want my child to enter the bathroom. They told me that the use of the bathroom is only for the staff...and in front of me they are making other people enter, which is a shame...the treatment of this person who is in the photo...seeing my child how he was...I do not recommend this place
