I order from doordash a lot from here, as well as picking up orders to take home so I never eat in, but the chicken mayo is absolutely phenomenal, as well as being relatively low priced. I've found myself craving it at least once a week, easily some of the best food in the area, and there's some great spots nearby

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I have NEVER been treated so horribly at a restaurant in my life. This past weekend, my group and I were publicly humiliated and wrongfully accused of not tipping on a previous visit—when, in fact, we absolutely did tip. The manager, instead of handling the situation professionally, was disrespectful beyond belief and flat-out refused to even hear us out.

When I asked for the owner’s contact information to escalate the issue, I was completely ignored—only to then be yelled at and told to leave while they threatened to call the police. Let that sink in. We were regular paying customers, yet they treated us like criminals over a false accusation. They caused a huge scene in front of everyone in the restaurant, making us feel completely humiliated for absolutely no reason.

This place clearly has no respect for customers and is run by people who have zero concept of professionalism or basic decency. If you want to be treated like garbage for simply dining out, then by all means, go here.

We had a great experience! Wonderful ambiance and service. The soju & ice cream drinks were delicious and really fun with a glowing ice cube. The gyoza and cheese corn were amazing, the tonkatsu great and beef skewers great. We’ll definitely go again.

As Parker Han stated the service has dropped compared to the past. I really love this place but the employees need more discipline and training. Pick up order took 40min in a half packed house. Usually the order is ready by the time I arrive for pick up. 3/5 until the service gets back to normal

Also the portion has been lessened, and my food was barely warm, not hot at all

The food is alright, nothing special, but it's solid and hits the spot. The atmosphere is a nice vibrant night-life vibe. And then... there was the service. Upon entry, we were not greeted by any sort of host or even a server, and I had to physically step into the restaurant and look around for a while before I was finally noticed by a server who was sitting down with all of her coworkers, presumably drinking and eating, or maybe on their phones. Whatever the case, this was already highly unprofessional. We were sat and told that we had to hurry up and order because the kitchen closed at 1:10 A.M. when every single time before, I had been told that the kitchen closes at 1:30, and their website lists closing time at 2. All that the servers did for us was bring out our food and drinks, and while we waited for our food to come out, we saw another person walk in and look for a host or hostess, just as we had done. The time was 1:03 AM, which is plenty of time to get seated and pick out what you'd want to order until the supposed "kitchen closing time", but the server who finally noticed her after she had borderline done laps back and forth in the restaurant turned her and her party away, although they were all there and ready to be seated and order. And the icing on top was the fact that while a person I was with was still in the middle of drinking her beer, the glass still clearly half full, the server just snatched it away without even asking if we were finished with it, and this was after we had paid and tipped, still with a few minutes left until closing. I am a server myself, and I wish I could take back the tip I left. Highly doubt I'll be coming back, maybe if I'm desperate and looking to get drunk and have decent food with piss poor service. Not at all like the friendly service that Koreans are known for giving, and I am a Korean myself. Damn.

One of our favorite spots both to go to and order delivery from! The atmosphere is very relaxed. The food is amazing (highly recommend the gyozas) and the servers are all very friendly and attentive. If you want to spend a while catching up with friends, try the somaek tower!

-I came here with my cousin and we got the rose tteokbokki, small intestine and seafood udon and they all tasted very average. The tteokbokki tasted instant and we both said we would not be surprised if they used the instant packs that are sold at asian grocery stores and the gobchang was alright but only came with one sauce. The seafood udon was bland and did not really taste like anything.Service - 2/5 - The server did not even really greet us and just asked for our order. The restaurant was mostly empty and we came on a Saturday night and although there were not even that many tables, we did not get checked up on once and we got our food like 45 minutes after ordering. I'm not too sure what the long wait was when the food tasted all instant.Value - 2/5 - Each thing on the item ended up costing around $20 (tip included) and the value was just not there. $20 for an instant tasting rice cakes and $20 for a no taste udon? Would not come back.I would not come back here or really recommend. The service was not that great and the food was too bad for the price to be like that.
