Ordered from (sukiyaki don) uber eats and nobody paid attention to the special request (NO ONION) ! Instead, they gave us onions BUT no scallions which we want. 🫤😑 What’s the point of putting special instructions if they will ignore it.

Went in the evening time. Had to wait a bit since I only saw 1 worker and place was pretty full (although there are not that many tables in this restaurant). I ordered Pork Katsu and Miso Ramen. Took a long time for food to be served. Miso Ramen was okay but katsu was terrible. Meat was hard and barely chewy and no flavor. Ended up eating only the ramen and I could not find the server. Definitely would not recommend katsu from here.

Food is amazing but the atmosphere is very poor, they play some Spanish songs with some bad words and motorcycle sounds that are quite annoying and make my head hurt. Don’t ruin such nice spot please.
Me and my boyfriend went to this place in September and both of us ordered spicy chicken ramen and a high ball. The high ball was too watered down. I was under the impression that this place was going to serve Japanese style ramen, but it was Korean style with the same exact broth taste of the market buldak. It was not unique. The chicken pieces were of good size but I wish they were seasoned more. The atmosphere was weird with Japanese anime theme on the walls but korean music in the background. It just really confused me with what style this place wanted to give off.

The food was terrible, the service was horrible she was very rude and she wants to take the order in a hurry. When she brought the food she was very rude so I decided not to give any tip. She asked for the tip mandatory. It’s based on the quality of the service. The server keep asked for the tip she followed us to the car asking for her tip yelling on us.

I thought the tip is not a mandatory thing since your machine has an option to skip. I'm not exactly able to be called rich so my tip is just 1$ or 2$. When the other girl or guy was working and I tipped them like that they say nothing. Why is this one guy saying that why I don't want to give more? I even gave him 5$ tip in cash. Is it not enough?
