I've been a loyal customer of this Kung Fu Tea location since 2016, and their drink quality has always been quite good. However, recently, their tea has started tasting very bland. For instance, the green tea completely lacks its characteristic bitterness. This issue has been ongoing for over two months now. I've visited other Kung Fu Tea branches, like the one in Centreville, and they don't have this problem. I honestly find this very disappointing and truly hope the owner or staff can see this review and improve their drink quality. Otherwise, I'll have to start taking my business to other Kung Fu Tea locations.

From all the Kung Fu Tea locations, this one is the worst in Nova. The service is slow and they always take too long. The people serving just talk with each other. I have tried coming here a few times and give them many chances but I’m never fully satisfied with my drink. I would recommend trying another location.

Had a messed up order foun where the KFT Annandale forgot my boba in my drink. I later called that night and spoke with a worker named Lauren and she took my name and number and told me to just come back and would make the drink free when we come back. The next day a different female worker took my order but would then charge for my drink but not my boba. I had explained it to her that I spoke with Lauren who said I would not get charged for my drink. She refused and would not budge to honor what their co worker Lauren told me. There was a male worker that I remembered and I told him I remembered him and I wish he said something about the event. It was such a frustrating and uncomfortable situation and it was very embarrassing for me to come back. These employees need to do better with treating their customers.

I guess asking questions gets you attitude in return. I was unsure of what was inside and drink and asked if this specific type of boba was inside and was immediately given attitude back like I asked something absurd. Other than that, great drinks, and fast work.

Delicious, we went during the Halloween season and it was so cool to see it all dressed up. There were so many different options, it was hard to choose! You could customize it to whatever you wanted
This place is the best at charging you full price for half the flavor. So if you want what you didn't order come to the Annandale location.Next time I'm making the trip to Springfield.

Drinks are good but a little too sweet most of the time for my tasting. There’s another tea location nearby that’s in my opinion better. Services is good, atmosphere is ok & could improve, sometimes chairs and tables seem out of place.
Tried their Taro milk tea, it's delicious! Wish they had other flavor options like coconut but oh well, still recommend giving them a try! :)
