I will never come here again, I rather drive a bit further. this place need to train their employees how to make drinks, I ordered from here 3 times and none of them came out right, all tastes like milk with no flavor or sweetness. one of the girl was so rude.. she have no smile serving customers and act like she doesn't want to work there.

I ordered honey oolong milk tea today and I got 70% sweet but it was too sweet for me but I asked my boyfriend to come in to ask the staff if they could give me some more tea because it was too sweet for me., I know it's my fault for wasting the staff's time but there was one staff member who was very rude when my boyfriend came in to ask for more tea, she used Vietnamese language and she said""it’s not sweet?" but she didn't know that my boyfriend understood Vietnamese. I feel extremely angry when the staff has such an attitude towards customers. Anyway, the milk tea is very delicious but I will never come back again

I came here with a friend because we had a t-mobile coupon to get $2 off any drink. It was so cold the day we went but that s'mores slush caught my eye! I decided to add Oreo because why not? I loved the slush but was a little disappointed you couldn't really taste the marshmallow at all, maybe I just didn't get enough fluff in mine but it overall I still really enjoyed it! My friend ended up getting the same thing minus the Oreo and really enjoyed his. The space is still cluttered from what some other folks have posted but they do have high table tops and chairs to sit at while you wait or to chat. The staff was also very kind and fast when making the drinks, I didn't wait for more than 5 minutes before I got my drink even though there were about 4 people in front of us. I'd definitely come back considering this place is easiest to park at in comparison to the one in Clarendon that only offers street parking around the Arlington location.

I've been a regular at this shop for the better part of eight years, and today's experience left me somewhat disappointed. I found myself paying close to $8 for a serving, only to be presented with old, hard-to-chew bobas. Moreover, the tea served wasn't as chilled as I would've preferred. While there were friendly faces among the staff, I encountered one member today who came across as rather unprofessional, pushing for a tip. This is quite unlike the quality and service I've grown accustomed to over the years.

Of the many Kung Fu Teas in Arlington and Fairfax counties, this stands out for the kind of bubble tea mix they prepare. Why? Consistent precise, great taste; generous toppings; fast and friendly service. Would highly recommend! :)

In the dimly lit emporium, the counter person loomed like a distant, foreboding mountain, unfriendly and ill-equipped for even the most basic of human interactions.As I requested Boba, their ears seemed to malfunction and they inquired about toppings, which I promptly declined, assuming they had misunderstood the nature of my request. Yet, when I tried to correct the order after receiving it, they pushed back with unbridled ferocity, insisting that their misguided interpretation was the correct one. To add insult to injury, they slapped a hefty fee of 75 cents on my transaction, as if it were a trivial matter.In a bid to reason with this inscrutable figure, I raised the issue of credit merchant fees, wondering aloud whether the charge was worth it. Alas, my words fell on deaf ears, as they remained obstinate and dismissive, treating me with undisguised contempt.I left feeling like a pariah, misunderstood and maligned by this callous individual. Needless to say, I shall not darken their doorstep again.

I had the Winter Melon Tea with 30% sugar, and the drink was made by water and bubble, doesn't have the winter melon taste at all. I went back and asked, the staff attitude and said it's because I only take 30% sugar
