Little Caesars Pizza

Let me tell you, I love Little Caesars crazy Puffs. They are wonderfully flavored with Italian spices, goopy what's with stretchy mozzarella like cheese, perfectly crusted on the outside- they're like hockey puck- awesome Parmesan cheese on the top , perfectly toasted, and they put plenty of pepperonis in there. Eating them made me feel like I just died and went to heaven! Their crazy Breadsticks were not too well seasoned today, but they were fluffy and doughy. And of course I always love their deep dish and their cookie dough brownie desserts are awesome as well! :-). They always give us good service, and what's stood out to me. Today, even though there was a mix-up/ miscommunication with the order, they just took my mom's word for it, and they stayed open past their close time just to rectify the issue. I love Em!

Probably the worst experience I've ever had with pizza delivery, and it probably has more to do with DoorDash/Customer Service than it does this particular location.

Long story short, I get a text through DoorDash 20 minutes after ordering that the delivery driver wanted to cancel my order. That's odd. I've never seen that before, so I ask "Why?". 40 minutes later, he says "I have car trouble". Keep in mind, it's now been an hour with my movement on my order. So, I tell him to cancel it. No response.

Unsure about what's going to happen with my order, I call customer service to cancel. Customer service rep tells me to hold. Meanwhile, the site still says I have no driver and that the food is ready to be picked up. CS Rep comes back 5 minutes later and tells me they can't cancel the order because a driver is on his way to pick it up. Basically, they assign a driver while you're waiting on the phone, just so they can tell you they can't cancel and they're sorry. I eventually got my pizza 2.5 HOURS LATER. On top of that, CS tells me a manager will call me back and that still hasn't come.

Find me anyone in the world happy that they have to pay for a pizza that's ice cold because it's been almost 3 hours. Never ordering delivery from LC again.

I specifically asked for my pizzas to be light. The more expensive sausage which they claim has extra cheese was way overcooked. I have been ordering from Little Caesars for over 25 years...I have never seen such a poorly made pizza anywhere. Zero quality control and cross contamination. Burnt cheese is flavorless and disgusting, and overcooking a pizza turns the sauce to a disgusting paste. No customer service email.

I asked for a classic pepperoni pizza, he tried to overcharge me for a xxtra pepperoni pizza. Told him. He corrected the price & told me it was going to be a 10-15 min. I said that was fine. I get home and it's a xxtra pepperoni pizza. I don't like extra pepperoni on my pizza!!

If someone asks for a classic regular pepperoni, give them a classic regular pepperoni pizza!! Don't get bothered. Not everyone likes extra pepperoni!

I love little ceaser, but this location is horrible.it's always the same issue.

TO THE MANAGER.
Your Verifone cc processing machine doesn't not allow "tip" because the sensor seems to be broken.
Not ONLY myself but a few other customers tried to leave a tip.
PLEASE FIX. YOUR PEOPLE DESERVE THEIR TIPS!!! I will give you better stars when you fix the "tip" function on the Verifone cc machine.

Too many issues all at once!

For starters, we had trouble using a coupon for our purchase. We went to the store and showed them the issue, and they said they did not know how to apply the coupon. So they told us to try a different location. We figured it's whatever and just took it to be hiccup. Didn't bother us that much.

Next, we also had ordered 3 pizzas ahead of time and came to pick it up. Only 1 was in the heater and the other 2 were just sitting out. The 2 pizzas were cold which was really disappointing since their heater kiosk was half empty and could've been kept in it without any issues.

Third, and the final straw, we got home and our pepperoni pizza was cheese... I mean come on. If it was 1 issue, I would think "whatever, these things happen." But when you have this many issues all at once, it just seems like incompetency. I haven't been to Little Caesars in years, and I definitely don't plan to go back again after all of this.

Not sure what happened recently, but this location makes burnt pizzas now… They used to be really good, so this is really disappointing.The crust is burnt and hard like a cracker.Our theory is that they make a bunch of pizzas in anticipation of rush hour, then reheat them as needed so that they’re hot when customers come by.Hope it changes back to fresh pizza!

You know I’ve always go to dominos, Pizza Hut, and even papa John’s all my life. And now all three of those pizzas are not that great I mean there good but it’s not the same. Yesterday 4/5/2024 I decided to drive a little far away to go and try this place out. I must say the price were shockingly reasonable and not too high like those other chains. The pizza was great like I would definitely choose this place as my new pizza place and ignore those three chains for now on. It’s now my to go pizza place.
