Little Caesars Pizza

Fast and ready. Good location but busy.

It's not worth it, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. When I placed my order for home delivery, the food never came complete. I don't recommend the establishment very much. Then, when you make a claim, they say that they will not return the money or solve the problem of the lost food.

Honestly i just grew up on this stuff. I probably wouldn't come otherwise but I've got that burnt cheese lace in my DNA now

Stood their for 10 min ....... their was no Line........ after another 15 min 2 people beh8nd me got their orders and I'm still waiting for some bites ..... wasn't in a hurra but didn't expect to spend over 30 min for somthing so small. Little bro said they were delicioso and worth it tho

A Great customer service. The manager of this location is very friendly and they serve good quality food despite the price. This location is always busy but I always leave happy with my order and with the place I truly recommend it.

Let me tell you, I love Little Caesars crazy Puffs. They are wonderfully flavored with Italian spices, goopy what's with stretchy mozzarella like cheese, perfectly crusted on the outside- they're like hockey puck- awesome Parmesan cheese on the top , perfectly toasted, and they put plenty of pepperonis in there. Eating them made me feel like I just died and went to heaven! Their crazy Breadsticks were not too well seasoned today, but they were fluffy and doughy. And of course I always love their deep dish and their cookie dough brownie desserts are awesome as well! :-). They always give us good service, and what's stood out to me. Today, even though there was a mix-up/ miscommunication with the order, they just took my mom's word for it, and they stayed open past their close time just to rectify the issue. I love Em!

Probably the worst experience I've ever had with pizza delivery, and it probably has more to do with DoorDash/Customer Service than it does this particular location.

Long story short, I get a text through DoorDash 20 minutes after ordering that the delivery driver wanted to cancel my order. That's odd. I've never seen that before, so I ask "Why?". 40 minutes later, he says "I have car trouble". Keep in mind, it's now been an hour with my movement on my order. So, I tell him to cancel it. No response.

Unsure about what's going to happen with my order, I call customer service to cancel. Customer service rep tells me to hold. Meanwhile, the site still says I have no driver and that the food is ready to be picked up. CS Rep comes back 5 minutes later and tells me they can't cancel the order because a driver is on his way to pick it up. Basically, they assign a driver while you're waiting on the phone, just so they can tell you they can't cancel and they're sorry. I eventually got my pizza 2.5 HOURS LATER. On top of that, CS tells me a manager will call me back and that still hasn't come.

Find me anyone in the world happy that they have to pay for a pizza that's ice cold because it's been almost 3 hours. Never ordering delivery from LC again.

I specifically asked for my pizzas to be light. The more expensive sausage which they claim has extra cheese was way overcooked. I have been ordering from Little Caesars for over 25 years...I have never seen such a poorly made pizza anywhere. Zero quality control and cross contamination. Burnt cheese is flavorless and disgusting, and overcooking a pizza turns the sauce to a disgusting paste. No customer service email.

I asked for a classic pepperoni pizza, he tried to overcharge me for a xxtra pepperoni pizza. Told him. He corrected the price & told me it was going to be a 10-15 min. I said that was fine. I get home and it's a xxtra pepperoni pizza. I don't like extra pepperoni on my pizza!!

If someone asks for a classic regular pepperoni, give them a classic regular pepperoni pizza!! Don't get bothered. Not everyone likes extra pepperoni!

I love little ceaser, but this location is horrible.it's always the same issue.
