I went for their $16.99 10-sides meal special and it was great. Reminded me of authentic Korean home cooking at very reasonable price. Service was also impeccable; they constantly checked on us and asked if we needed anything. Definitely will visit again!

The fish we ordered came not fully cooked to the bones... we told them, and they just cooked the same fish a bit more and brought it out; don't even have curtesy to bring a new one
The bulgogi meat portion was the smallest I've seen my whole life, 80% veges.
The steamed egg was under seasoned.
Overall poor experience, disappointed as a Korean.

Location: where Nakwon used to be.Writing review after going 3 times. First time was when they opened and service very lacking. Kalbi came out too frozen but tasted good.Overall to my surprise I actually like the food here. Tried 4 food items. Yangnyum kalbi everytime my fav! Thick pork belly. Kimchi jigae. Maewoontang.Seats are a bit uncomfortable, sits a bit away from the table...The parking area looks small from the road/front side but if you go around back there's plenty parking.I thought it was on the pricey side but comparing it to other bbqs in that area it was comparable.

Came here later in the night for a work outing. The food was excellent, and the servers were very fun. Showed us how to make wraps and joked around. We all had a good time.

Horrible service and was treated terribly. Waitress kept walking away when we were trying to order. We asked for more side dishes and rice since we were a big party and she got annoyed at us.Food was mediocre. Nakwon food was SO much better. I was hoping that the chef from before would still be there but turns out it’s all new employees. Food was salty yet lacked flavor. I’m suspecting the broths aren’t homemade like before. A lot of the soups were lacking in depth.They also gave us dirty Tupperware and got upset at us and claimed it was clean. The Tupperware was wet and looked used. We asked for a plastic bag and it was clearly used since it was crumpled up and inside out lolSeats are also extremely uncomfortable as there was no cushion.Food isn’t the same. Service is horrible. Nakwon was so much better.

Since I have to leave a review, I HAVE to put a star but this place does NOT deserve even ONE star. Ordered one seng galbi and seng samgulpsal. banchan (japchae) was not edible as the noddle was out of date. When mentioned, the server dumped it in the trash right infront of me (BAD MANNER-customer service was BAD..). Galbi meat was so tough and the server did not grill it properly. samgulpsal had hair on the skin and too thick to chew. THE WORST korean restaurant experience I have had.. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT VISIT THIS NEW RESTAURANT. Can't not compare anywhere close/next to the previous restaurant nakwon.
