Today I went shopping and it takes too long and when you pay in front you pay less and when you go to the order machine it costs you more. I always order an order that costs me $5.79 and at the machine it costs me $8.5. I don't see that as right. They are charging you more than bad for the same order.

had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s tonight (Tuesday, September 16, 2025). My order was taken incorrectly at the drive-thru, and when I pointed it out, instead of fixing the mistake, the manager told me I had to pay the difference. I didn’t have a problem with paying, but he insisted it had to be in cash, which seemed very strange. If I didn’t have cash, they said they couldn’t make the change.
This was not my mistake in the first place, and I believe the manager could have easily replaced my hamburger as a courtesy for the inconvenience. Instead, he refused and handed us back the bag without the burger. I find this extremely unprofessional and negligent. Very disappointing service.

I recently visited this location’s drive-thru for the first time in a while. At the first window, I was assisted by a staff member who was efficient and patient, which I appreciated. However, my experience at the second window was disappointing. When I asked twice about my 2 cheeseburger order, the staff member assured me it was included in my Happy Meal and then closed the window. Based on that response, I assumed my order was correct. Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered the cheeseburgers were missing. This experience left me frustrated and dissatisfied, and I will not be returning to this location. I value good customer service and order accuracy, and this visit did not meet those expectations.

I dined in and placed two additional orders to be brought to my table. The staff brought the first one, but refused to bring the second. I’m not sure why they offer that option if they’re not willing to follow through with it. I’m perfectly fine with bringing my own order but if they offer that option again they should follow through with it.

So many memories going here as a kid with my grandpa. Always stop by here for a sweet tea when I'm in the area
Came in for an early coffee before going to class. I used the drive through and Jermaine was the one that took my order! He has the best customer service I have ever see. Made my day!! Mind you I don’t put reviews of location or people but he deserves it!!!

Never AGAIN! My Pancakes were NOT HOT!!! Customer Service SUCKS!!! The entire restaurant is COLD 🥶 the HEAT either doesn’t work or they are being Cheap and trying to save money. I’m So upset how can I get my $5.29 Back for them NASTY 🤮 PANCAKES! Throw the entire Staff Out! Nobody wanted to be there today. You can feel the Bad Vibe upon entering the building.
