I had a truly disappointing experience at this location. The drive-thru staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. First, I was ignored by one employee, and then a woman named Dolores threw my food at me and closed the window so quickly that I didn’t even have time to check my order. Unsurprisingly, they forgot my sauces.
I ended up having to go inside to ask for Dolores’ name because the receipt was so faded it was unreadable. When I asked for the phone number to make a complaint, the employee rolled his eyes and said he’d need to ask a manager, then walked away without any attempt to help.
To make things worse, I couldn’t even eat my food because it looked like it had been tampered with. The quarter pounder was drenched in oil, and the fries tasted stale. If employees don’t like their jobs, that’s one thing—but taking it out on customers and serving poor-quality food is unacceptable.

This is the by far the most degrading McDonald's ever and it needs to be gutted inside and out including the employees
I just had a lady I know tell me that last night they messed up her order & today she went back to take back what they had messed up. She was in tears & said they called the Police on her & "totally disrespected her!" Well, I wasn't there so I don't know or understand what happened. However, last year I was in the very same McDonald's for breakfast. Ordered exactly what I always order= a Sausage, egg & cheese mcgriddle & a large coffee. Well, when you dine in this McD's NEVER gives you a tray. I guess they too cheap to have trays, idk. But I go to the table & doctor my coffee. I always do it myself cuz they NEVER do it right, so I don't trust them to make my coffee for me. But, I get my sandwich out of the bag & there is no Sausage. Just egg & cheese. So I go back & tell them, expecting them to just put a piece of sausage on my sandwich. Nope. She threw it in the trash & grabs another & hands it to me. Well, I open it right there to look at it & that one has no sausage. I say something & she accuses me of stealing the sausage off the sandwich. And I'm like "WTF?" You people are crazy! What did I do put it in my back pocket? I'm not so hard up for sausage that I'm going to resort to stealing!!! Number 1- They screw up & then try to blame the customer! Number 2- The manager is Spanish, so if you are NOT, you may be subject to RACISM!!!! PLAIN & SIMPLE I'm sorry to put it that way but that is only thing I can come up with for service to be so great for Spanish people but if you are black or white or whatever DON'T EXPECT THE SAME SERVICE!!!

Dump, soda machine doesn't work, not clean. Ordered a shake and fries through the app for table delivery. Got the text it was on the way, nothing. Finally went to the counter. 25 minutes. Ain't worth it. Never stopping here again
