Orders are almost never right, need to go further away if you actually want to get mcdonalds, don't go here. You'll be pushed through the drive through with an attitude and either the wrong order or cold food.

Clean up your lobby area. Lots of homeless. Place a code for your restroom. Seems like anyone can just go inside and create a mess and it smells like someone never showered before.

The service is not working. I wanted to buy something to eat at 3:30 in the morning, I went through the drive thu and they told me it was closed and the car behind me was attended to and I wanted the one who was in the window to help me through the window. They didn't want to serve me just because I couldn't speak Spanish and I wanted to go inside too and they didn't want to serve me either. Very bad service. I won't buy at this McDonald's again. Because of things like that, people don't come back.

It was a great thing that they were open on Christmas day. We went every where looking for food. All of them are closed. Without McDonald's we were about to sleep hungry. Thanks McDonald's for staying open on Christmas day. Merry Christmas to all of your workers who helped people at a great time on a very busy night. Almost 5 minutes between submitting the order over the online app and receiving the order.

If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. Every time we come here, there is always a mistake. Sauce is forgotten, food is missing, drink is missing. This last time they gave us a burger instead of nuggets for one of our happy meals and we caught it while in drive thru. We told the worker and they asked for the burger back after it was already sitting in our car. Totally fine because we didn't order or pay for it but we had touched it and it was in our possession and it's not like they tossed it out, I'm sure they gave it to another customer. We were also missing apples from both happy meals and we let them know and they said okay we will give you extra fries.... But only gave us one extra fry for two happy meals?! Another time we were missing a few items and were charged for them and didn't want to drive back so sent a message. No one ever got back to us. Their staff and service here are both disappointing. When sending a message on their app, nothing is ever done so what's the point of them even allowing customers to have feedback? Avoid this place if you can!
