I tried giving them one more shot but soon realized the pizza was similar to low rent bowling ally pizza. Avoid at all cost...

Ordered $50 worth of food online today. However I turned up at 9:25pm and the doors were locked. Tried to call and the operator says the number is “out of service”. Please send me my refund or fulfill my order!

We order often from here and love their pizza. However, we ordered online last night for the family and nothing was ever delivered. They took the $85, but never delivered anything. We called for over an hour and a half and it either rang for 10 minutes and then hung up or went to a busy signal. We emailed and used messenger apps. Never a response. Not sure if they are out of business and didn't shut down their website, but don't order online from them. Now I have to go dispute the charge.

Two years ago I would've given this place a 5+ star review because they were my go-to pizza place, whether it was late night orders with friends, or for large parties that we would host. Sadly, since then, their service has severely declined to the point that I will no longer be ordering from them and I will be looking elsewhere when I have a craving for pizza. They used to have superior service, delicious food, and polite and efficient employees. I'm guessing that their new owner who calls himself "AK" is responsible for their increasingly lackluster performance in all aspects. As much as it pains me to say, I'd suggest ordering from Domino's rather than New York Pizza factory at this point.

I FELT SCAMMED, ordered my pizza and mozzarella sticks, they delivered the wrong pizza with no toppings and dried old fries. I called to get the correct order, spoke to the "manager" and was promised another other. Waited 2 hours and nothing arrived. Called back and another guy "Khan" said he didn't know anything about it. I paid $32 and received nothing close to what I paid and also tipped their driver very well. Will not be ordering from this place EVER, AND WILL MOST DEFFINETLY NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

I ordered a steak and cheese at 12:23am I called back twice once around 1:20am and again at 1:45am. It is 2:36am , I still have not received my food, after the employee told me the driver will be here in 10 mins at 1:54am. I live 10 minutes away from shop. And no one is answering the phone, so now I’ve paid 30$ dollars for food I haven’t received.

I just ordered from them on grubhub. First time trying them because they didn't have a grubhub review at all. I called the owner and he said trust me you will love the pizza. I literally just took a bite and made a promise a few minutes ago to write this. This pizza is dam good! I am sticking with them permanently. I live in Falls Church and hard to find a good pizza. When I write a review it means a lot. Thank you for the quality. Let me go finish eating!

We’ve been here often and for the most part the wings have always been our favorite. Today it wasn’t up to par to what we’re used to. The wings are usually crispy and tasty. This time they were soft, a bit soggy meaning they’re under cooked. We even found a couple wings with pink in the middle. We have photos to prove it. Anyway we hope you take our complaint seriously as we really love this place. Though if the quality of food drops we’re probably going to start looking at other options. Raw chicken is very unsafe for your health. We ask that you make sure the wings are cooked correctly.

I decided to do a carry out and when I walked in to pay and receive my food there were at least 3 people in there that did not have a mask on!! I believe there was a delivery driver that had his mask on there two other guys who did not! One of them had one around his ears but not covering his mouth or nose. There was a lady in the back that didn’t have her mask on either! And when I asked the guy taking my money why does he not have a mask on? He replied “your right I should have my mask on and I couldn’t find it!“ I had my daughters waiting in the car and didn’t want to create a scene and paid for my food and walked out with a loss of appetite and waste of time and money!!! Please be safe and be Courteous of others at least!! Wear a mask please!!!!!!

It saddens my heart that this place has “New York pizza” in the title because it tasted like a knock off dominos. My boyfriend and I ordered a white pizza and it it was literally greasy, cheesy bread with way too much seasoning. I guess my first cue should’ve been the low price and the fact that it’s open till 3am...
