Been here one time with my veit friends. Had reserved two tables for my birthday and was told that it was only walk in. Upon arrival me and my party of 14 was told it was reservation only. Extremely rude staff that was unwilling to accommodate nor reconcile for their miscommunication. There are a lot of hot pot spots in Annandale and would highly recommend them. Fraction of the price along with quality food and service.

The food was okay—fresh and delicious. However, I didn’t like that we were required to order from all categories on the menu during the first round before being allowed to order freely. Since I eat mainly animal-based foods, I had to order some vegetables and fish balls that I wasn’t very interested in. I would have preferred to just eat mostly beef with a few other items. Their rule just isn’t for me. It costs $25.50 for weekday lunch, $35 for dinner and weekends, and $9.50 for kids.

The decor is festive but there are better hot pot options in the area. To start, I traditionally get a pork bone broth so I opted for the pork choice… I did not like it at all, not the creamy rich flavor or depth, just salty. Next, the ingredient options are just okay. Missing out on enoki mushrooms and a better variety of noodles. Brisket is good, sauce bar is good. Just not that impressed. Would go somewhere else for AYCE hot pot

We didn’t even get the chance to try the food. My family and i were so turned off by the servers attitude. Whenever we asked for something, he would sigh. Didn’t even ask us for our drink order. We even told the server it was our first time at a “hot pot”.I’m so disappointed because I really wanted to try their food.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Annandale. Each person gets their own soup and burner to cook on. As a table, you select as many ingredients from a wide variety of meats, seafood and vegetables. Note that the whole table needs to do the all you can eat buffet. I don't think they have an individual dish menu.
The staff is friendly and always prompt with your requests. The sauce bar is great and the ice cream at the end always makes everyone happy. It's quite an experience!
It's great for non-picky kids. Fantastic for those that like to explore with food or cooking.

Place was pretty nice and could handle big groups. Only downfall is probably the parking space as it could get busy on the strip they are in.
