I found a Cockroach on the pizza and it was Very disturbing and when i told them all they did was a refund they didn't even apologize to me. you should not eat from this place.
I picked up the order at 15th December 2023 around 1.30 pm at little river Turnpike branch next to car wash the guy at reception was extremely rude, he misbehave, doesn't look like he cares for customer, start arguing u have to have patience then continue talking rudely, please management if you want good business and customer to come back tell your staff to behave

The food is good but the service is terrible. I placed an order and the cashier told me it was $39.70 and I paid with my Card and they charged me 56.61 and I called the store and the very rude man told me that they had not charged me that amount and as the Statements from the bank are going to lie, they are thieves and the bank filed a complaint against them because they charged me even more again, first they charged me $39.70 and then they charged me another charge of $56.61 so I paid for my food $97.00 dollars, they are thieves, I do not recommend them If they pay with Targeta, it's better to pay cash so they don't have the same problem.

We eat way too much Paisano's pizza. Good food, really good pizza, which is bad for our waist line and good for their checkbook.

Scam artist levels of bad service. I've ordered delivery through them twice, and both times were horrific experiences. The first time the order was scheduled ahead of time to be delivered at a specific time - but of course they had delays and delivered it an hour late. I chalked it up to bad luck, so I tried again. This time it was set to arrive after an hour - a little long but ok. At 1.5 hours, I checked on the status of the order - it hasn't even been started yet and they would still need another 45 minutes at least. 2+ hours to make a cheese and a pepperoni pizza.Do not waste your time with these charlatans.
20.00 for a 12 inch pizza and it comes with some weird crust That seems gluten free or premade, whatever.. Not worth the money in any way and most certainly did not taste good. Also forgot the white sauce...The last time this place will ever get a penny of my money.

This is our go to pizza place now. This location has outstanding service. They make the orders promptly, the staff are always friendly and helpful upon pickup, and the restaurant is very clean.
Giovanni is very welcoming and accommodating. My favorites here are the chicken parm and the cheese pizza with basil. They make a really good Greek salad with chicken and my husband loves the Fettuccini Alfredo. It’s definitely mainly a takeout/delivery restaurant and if you use the app the specials offered are quite good. You get good food at a very reasonable price.

The guy working the register on 7/29 at 5:30 was very disrespectful. When Walking I was ignored while the cashier was on their phone sending text messages. Then when I asked about the update on the food he got very defensive. The order was “ready” before I arrived but when I got there he told me 7 minutes. After 15 minutes passed, still no order. When trying to ask for a update again, the person working the register was disrespectful. I would avoid this location!
