Was not even closing time (11 pm) and they had already locked the doors and shook their head no when I was at the door. Why have a closing time listed if you're going to close before it.

Actual delivery time is usually 30 mins after the expected delivery time so of course the pizza is getting colder and more stale by the time i get it. I always get an apology from the delivery driver and a couple times I've called to complain (spoke with Oscar tonight) and they're so indifferent towards the issue. It's no wonder theyre always late and the reviews are poor, this is the culture of the store. Stay away from them

3 1/2 stars really. The New York style seems to be the regular pizza cut differently , it certainly isn’t larger, so idk who’s in charge of that brainstorm at Pizza HQ, but it sux. However they assemble the kind of pie you’d expect/want from Papa John’s. Goodly amount of cheese and sauce on your pie, and they are very efficient even during dinner rush.

The driver was from Argentina so Rude and spoiled, he didn't want to give us the pizza even though I told him on the bill that he had his tip very bad delivery, very annoying man.

The customer service experience at Papa John’s was absolutely terrible. The front-end staff, specifically a Latin girl , was extremely rude and unprofessional. She lacked basic manners and displayed no understanding of proper customer service etiquette. There was no effort to be polite—no “please,” no “thank you,” and no acknowledgment of the customer’s needs. Her dismissive attitude and unwillingness to assist made the experience even worse. It’s shocking that someone with such poor interpersonal skills is representing the company. Papa John’s urgently needs to focus on training their staff in customer service to ensure customers are treated with respect and professionalism. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and leaves a lasting negative impression.

I called at 4:28pm Saturday, September 28th to order pizza. I had to call back a few minutes later due to unforseen circumstance to cancel. The young lady answered the phone and I let her know I had to cancel me order and she got quiet and the real abruptly said "WHY" with an unpleasant tone. I was surprised by the question because that was no a question that should've be asked but I responded and said "well because I'm unable to pick up the pizza" and the rude young lady hung up the phone in my face. I called back to speak to the manager and a man answered the phone with a rude demeanor as well. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me that he was the manager and when I asked for his nMe, he said Daniel.
I tried explaining the situation to him but he abruptly stopped me and said "We already canceled the order" with a nasty tone. I asked him if he should be speaking to the customer in this manner being the manager but he was unbothered and responded rudely. I never finished my reasoning for calling, I just told him that I would be reporting to the owner.
These individuals are not well trained in customer service and they both acted as if they were ready for a street fight. This was appalling to say the least.
I will never order from here and the owner need to do something about the disrespect that's taking place in this store.
I ordered a couple pizzas and somehow managed to input the topping wrong on one of them. I called to complain, thinking it was their error, but Austin very politely pointed out my mistake. Of course, I apologized profusely and accepted responsibility for my error, and he still kindly offered to remake it for me. Excellent customer service, and the pizza is always good from this location.

We ordered delivery and they got part of the order wrong the first time, but the manager took responsibility and sent out a new pizza with the correct order. Overall the Pizza was tasty, maybe a little flat in the crust area and maybe a little soggy, but with the same good flavors I'm used to. The breadsticks were a nice and thick, maybe could have used a little more garlic and Parmesan though. I always get good service from this place so I'm not sure what others' problems may be; maybe I'm just not so picky when it comes to pizza:-)?!
