Pho Cong ly under NEW management, and the foods are delicious and savory. We had tried Combination Bowls Beef and Bun Bo Hue. Come and check it out.

They are listed on DoorDash but refused to complete my order, so I had to deal with DoorDash to get a refund. Quite annoying! Food is good, though.

This place has delicious pho and a lovely owner. We walked in at 8:45p, 15 minutes before closing and asked if we could dine-in. The owner Chi told us not to worry, showed us to our seat, suggested the filet mignon pho, and gave us so much sweet life advice. Thinking back, it felt like a scene from a heartwarming movie. lol Needless to say, we will be back for the tasty pho and Chi’s wisdom.

Just went here for late lunch, ordered their wings egg rolls and pho wings tastes ok the pho doesn’t taste right. Meat tastes off i brought it up with the waitress and she says nothing wrong with it and that’s how it’s normally tastes, broth taste very sweet off putting and told them we didn’t like it, meat tastes like it’s not very fresh. Beef ball was very mushy. She insisted that we pay the bill for it as she cannot take the two soups off our bill we couldn’t eat and insisted we pay for them… pho is not good here anymore barely touched my food that i paid for

The food was tasty and the staff was very friendly. We ordered egg rolls, beef stew, and the grilled pork chop combo. We tried the beef stew for the first time and loved how tender the beef was. The grilled pork chop was also very balanced with both fat and meat.

Pho is good!

So they definitely changed owners bc a lot has changed. Even their crispy spring rolls!!! I liked them so much, they were different. Soup was so bland and even noodles were weird, like they were chopped into small pieces. Why? Silverware was all reusable plastic, I saw different setup at different tables, again weird. Seems like the new owners just want to cut back dramatically om costs, never know what else they will cut back on. Sucks too bc I live so close and this was my go to for many years!

Can I give this restaurant six stars?I loved everything about this pho restaurant. Their spring rolls were great, their pho was perfect, and the service? Way better than I would have thought possible. Let me tell you a story.I was eating, enjoying about a half bottle of Sriracha and chili sauce with my pho, and the server would just roll around and refill my water as I kept chugging. I had an urgent work situation and was on my phone, went up to pay, and left. I had a freak-out moment and drove back to ask if I'd left my wallet in the restaurant, and they bent over backwards to try to help me find it. A server even helped me dig through my car to look for it!So, dismayed and not having found it, I drove back home. Parked my car and it was on the floor under some clothes in the back because I'm an idiot, but still. How great is this place?

Very nice staff, treated us so nicely. Food was good, we had pho, egg rolls, boba tea and Thai tea. All delicious. It was my daughters birthday and they sang and made her feel special. Great
