Can I give this restaurant six stars?I loved everything about this pho restaurant. Their spring rolls were great, their pho was perfect, and the service? Way better than I would have thought possible. Let me tell you a story.I was eating, enjoying about a half bottle of Sriracha and chili sauce with my pho, and the server would just roll around and refill my water as I kept chugging. I had an urgent work situation and was on my phone, went up to pay, and left. I had a freak-out moment and drove back to ask if I'd left my wallet in the restaurant, and they bent over backwards to try to help me find it. A server even helped me dig through my car to look for it!So, dismayed and not having found it, I drove back home. Parked my car and it was on the floor under some clothes in the back because I'm an idiot, but still. How great is this place?

So they definitely changed owners bc a lot has changed. Even their crispy spring rolls!!! I liked them so much, they were different. Soup was so bland and even noodles were weird, like they were chopped into small pieces. Why? Silverware was all reusable plastic, I saw different setup at different tables, again weird. Seems like the new owners just want to cut back dramatically om costs, never know what else they will cut back on. Sucks too bc I live so close and this was my go to for many years!

Very nice staff, treated us so nicely. Food was good, we had pho, egg rolls, boba tea and Thai tea. All delicious. It was my daughters birthday and they sang and made her feel special. Great

The pho broth is the best tasting compared to many pho shops around the area.
Order a chicken pho to go. Got home and served it to my dad, he ate a bit and noticed there was a dead cockroach. Obviously being grossed out he threw it away. I called the restaurant to file a complaint and they insisted for them to be able to do anything i needed to go back. Its about a 20 minute ride back and forth. I refused and just asked for my money back and they insisted they cant do anything. I spoke to management and they "reviewed" the cameras and they didn't see anything. I just gave up because i insisted that it was in the noodles and they claimed they couldn't find anything.

As of 5/10/23 this restaurant has new management and new menu. I no longer liked their pho due to strong herb odor (probably clove) and fat in the broth.But their spring rolls were pretty good.I did not like iced coffee.They no longer have authentic Vietnamese style coffee and soup.

They recently changed the entire menu. Large pho is much smaller, and does not taste as good. The menu has much fewer options than before. This was one of the best pho places, but with the new menu I will be going elsewhere.
