I have been on the phone for an hour I keep calling I just ordered pizza and the person never came down to my apartment building I called they try to transfer me to the owner but never answered I hope the owner sees this because it’s horrible horrible service they can’t answer the phone

Horribly expensive. Online ordering is nightmare and reward points run out w/o warning. "Specials" not recognized on their website. Staff is friendly though and pizza is good. Atmosphere is what one would expect from a pick-uo counter.

Paid for extra cheese and in return the burnt my pizza. Oh and they forgot the extra cheese. If you ever wanted to experience eating a pizza shaped rock order from here and make sure you pay EXTRA for everything.
I wonder if this place is one of those Italian mobster laundering schemes cause if they can’t make pizza they sure are doing something else to keep the business running

I ordered the pan pizza and wings combo. The pan pizza dough was undercooked. The wings were not wings at all but just fried pieces of boneless chicken. The BBQ sauce was too sugary and pretty much ruined it even further.

Placed an online order at 7:38pm with the expected delivery to arrive 25-30 minutes. Called the Pizza Hut store at 8:20pm and they said your carryout is ready for pick up. We even paid extra delivery tip to ensure the food would arrive on time. When we asked if they could refund the delivery cost and we would go and pick it up directly, the man on the phone said no but we can pick it up ourselves or he will have someone to deliver it but it would take another 15-25 minutes. Why would I want to be charged for a delivery fee and paid a 15% delivery tip only for me to go and pick it up myself... terrible service.
The pizzas from this place are the best in comparison to other Pizza Huts in the Falls Church area. I picked up the Pizza so can’t speak about deliveries.

My review is for the rude and unprofessional driver that driver a light blue sedan and was extremely rude and unprofessional. The parking at this strip mall can be challenging. I was dining at a restaurant on the plaza and happened to get a spot that was right outside the entrance. When I parked and was getting ready to leave the driver started yelling at me that I could not park there. I told him that the parking space was clearly marked to be one and that there was no sign saying that this was a “Pizza Hut customers spot only”. He proceeded yelling that it was. I advised him that he needs to tell management to put the sign up for future customers. I reparler my car because I was scared of this man and that he would purposefully damage my vehicle while I was dining. When I went to the restaurant I dined in I double checked with survey if any spots were for specific customers only and he reassured me that was not the case. I reflet feel treated differently as a woman but this men made me feel fearful. It also doesn’t make me to ever be a Pizza Hut customer. For the same dollar I would advise everyone I know to order from dominos that is right across the street. Tags of the rude men are in the picture
