Placed an online order at 7:38pm with the expected delivery to arrive 25-30 minutes. Called the Pizza Hut store at 8:20pm and they said your carryout is ready for pick up. We even paid extra delivery tip to ensure the food would arrive on time. When we asked if they could refund the delivery cost and we would go and pick it up directly, the man on the phone said no but we can pick it up ourselves or he will have someone to deliver it but it would take another 15-25 minutes. Why would I want to be charged for a delivery fee and paid a 15% delivery tip only for me to go and pick it up myself... terrible service.

The pizzas from this place are the best in comparison to other Pizza Huts in the Falls Church area. I picked up the Pizza so can’t speak about deliveries.

My review is for the rude and unprofessional driver that driver a light blue sedan and was extremely rude and unprofessional. The parking at this strip mall can be challenging. I was dining at a restaurant on the plaza and happened to get a spot that was right outside the entrance. When I parked and was getting ready to leave the driver started yelling at me that I could not park there. I told him that the parking space was clearly marked to be one and that there was no sign saying that this was a “Pizza Hut customers spot only”. He proceeded yelling that it was. I advised him that he needs to tell management to put the sign up for future customers. I reparler my car because I was scared of this man and that he would purposefully damage my vehicle while I was dining. When I went to the restaurant I dined in I double checked with survey if any spots were for specific customers only and he reassured me that was not the case. I reflet feel treated differently as a woman but this men made me feel fearful. It also doesn’t make me to ever be a Pizza Hut customer. For the same dollar I would advise everyone I know to order from dominos that is right across the street. Tags of the rude men are in the picture

I was sleeping and I heard a knock on my door and by the time I get there, nobody was there. I never ordered Pizza Hut on 4/28/2023 around 9:40pm, and there was a large pizza with a small pizza and breadsticks and wings in front of my door. I was already iffy about it so I called the Annandale Pizza Hut and they were trash. If anything, she hung up on me without hesitation. Which is very unprofessional. I just wanted to find out if this was a joke or not cause I was hungry. But at the end of the day I threw it away cause I did not want to risk it. Fix you’re management/employees to be more kind.

So I got to the store around 10:50pm, they close at midnight. Anyways the guy at the counter was saleem that says on the receipt. So I asked him can I do the build your own pizza and I'll get the medium and he said ok and told me 14$ so I gave him my card and he was in a hurry to charge me which is fine but I was about to ask him sauce it up section, garlic parma or buffalo and I asked him like literally the most simple question the most simple way. And he looked so offended or shocked whatever and says I only know how to put it in the computer I don't know anything else from the menu. I don't know what sauce. Everything comes with the pizza. I have never seen pizza in my life is what our saleem said( the older short guy) And I was like okay lil stunned and I'm like ok I'm just asking about the sauce and he looks back says something in a different language and I have no idea what this man just said and turns to me yeh whatever you like will be there and I'm just really confused. But horrible horrible customer service. The cook came to me to give me the pizza and I said thank you and no thank you no welcome back. Never going there man Like I get it everybody has their days but like why you throwing the jabs at me for? Just wanted to get a pizza for the night. It was just a horrible experience. Messed up my night man.
Excellent Service. Manager is Very Professional and goes out of Her way to make your order perfect.I drive 15 Mins just to go to this particular Store because the Great Costumer Service.Kudos to this Fine Location.
