So I ordered doordash I don't have my water or my chips and now my kid is pissed off and angry and I have to go pick it up and all doordash – offered was a food credit or refund but I still don't have all my order and I have to go out which I didn't wanted to do with a sick kid! Plus I called the number and had to leave a message. Let's hope for a return call!

This place is officially off my list of go-to poke spots in Northern VA. Whoever shorted my order today via UberEats needs some serious retraining. I ordered a three-protein bowl and somehow ended up with mostly rice and edamame—missing proteins, skimpy toppings, and an overall sad excuse for a meal. The bowl may have looked full, but over 25% of it was just empty space. To top it off, UberEats gave me a measly $5 credit for the disaster, so I went ahead and disputed the charge with my credit card company. I was missing way more than five bucks worth of food. Never ordering from here again.

Spam musubi and miso soup were good appetizers. The poke bowl was delicious with the spicy aioli and 3 different proteins. The poke burrito on the other hand left something to be desired and fell apart too easily. Overall I enjoyed my meal and it didn’t leave me feeling sluggish afterwards.
If you want to eat here, go in person and watch them make your food so you know it's done correctly.
I ordered four bowls for pick up (two poke-your-way, two signature as-is) and not one of them was correct. Each had missing toppings, or toppings from one incorrectly added to another. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened to me. The food is good, but their inability to make each bowl correctly as requested is unacceptable. And from the reviews, it seems this is a known issue and despite their acknowledgement and promise to do better...it hasn't changed! Quite unfortunate because the food is good.
