Order delivered missing a bowl. Unfortunately, this was not the first time they delivered our order with something missing. We will not be ordering from this establishment again. They do not answer the phone, and there is no way to contact them to resolve the issue.

I ordered three bowls and a miso soup, but only received two bowls, even though I was charged for the full order. We are a family of three, and now one of us is left without dinner.
I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. Terrible customer service and lack of responsibility.

This place was my favorite Poke place. They had the best deals and the best combinations for toppings and protein. I just got word that they're closing soon. Does anyone know if they're going to relocate?

I've been a regular at this particular poke spot for many years, and for awhile it was one of my go-tos. But I've notice for a long time a huge drop in quality in the food. The rice is no longer sushi rice like it once was back when it first opened, its at times under cooked where I find bites of rice almost chipping my teeth, the quality and texture of the fish at times taste fake and spongy vs rich and fatty like sushi is suppose to be, and its very obvious when they skimp on the portion size of the rice and fish. There have also been occasions when I get delivery that items are missing from my order which is very annoying. For awhile I chose to bear with these issues but this latest order that I've gotten was so bad that I can't any longer. I do hope they can get back to quality they once had someday but until then I will no longer be a patron. Good luck to ya

The guy making the food kept running his hand through his hair (to get his hair out his face) while making food. Then using the same hand when making the food!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!! Even though he had gloves on he STILL had no problem running his hand through his hair with a dirty glove and preparing the food… The amount of food I you receive for $19 is ridiculous!!!! Also no one EVER answers the phone there. Probably known for complaints.

The best poke burrito ever!!!!!! Highly recomended this place!
I have gave this location 3 opportunities to do better . I just ordered a large bowl with 3 proteins . Just to receive a small bowl with over soaked rice in a sauce i didn’t ask for and 2 proteins…. So many random add ins that were not on my requested order and so much seaweed salad it took over majority of the bowl. So annoying because i used to like ordering from this place but it is very obvious that you’ve hired careless non educated staff who cannot read the receipts properly. Didn’t even spell my name correctly for the delivery man so he was confused trying to locate me ? Overall i am disappointed and there is nothing i can do about it . This bowl and all my previous bowls from online orders are disgusting and a complete waste of money. This is my last time giving this place my money. DO BETTER the potential is there… ?
The perfect fix for my poke craving! Came here today for lunch and had a poke bowl with salmon, tuna and all my favorite toppings (edamame, seaweed salad, ginger, corn, lobster salad, scallion) and their house sauce! Everything was so fresh, flavorful and delicious! It was a bit pricey but worth it, imo! Will be back soon - I am sure!

Third time pre-ordering online for a preset time, and third time they didn’t start making the food until I arrived. Not sure what the point is of ordering online. It’s just an additional waste of time. Oh look, someone else ordered online and said the food was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago and the staff hadn’t started on it yet.
