Came here a while back and they wouldn't serve me because I wasn't wearing a mask. Sucks because I actually liked their food. I've made an effort to never buy from here again. Couldn't believe how they completely denied serving me food because I didn't have a mask, absurd! went to another restaurant in the same facility and they served me food no problem. How woke do you have to be to refuse paying customers? This is America, the land of the free, I don't have to wear a mask, and it's pretty entitled to refuse someone because they are exercising their freedoms. In a way, this business is advocating for you to lose your freedoms. You either wear a mask or don't eat. Guy at the counter was aggressive about it too.

Poke Burrito!! Haven't seen this anywhere else and it's so delicious to have a giant sushi roll basically ? They use a giant nori to wrap it. My son loves the kids Hawaiian bowl, but swaps chicken for salmon with no onions. They have musubi too. Prices are good and they have a rewards program too.All the places in The Block are great. The vibe is fun. Plenty of options.Kid-friendliness: Kids options even if they don't want fish
I am coming here for years. The food is very tasty. Word of warning if you are sensitive to sesame (allergy/intolerance) almost everything has sesame in it. The website has a very helpful section for food allergies but if you have ANY significant allergy or intolerance you will have a lot of trouble eating here.

The food options at poke works are great! The fish super fresh and delicious! I love the sushi burrito. My partner loves the bowl. The atmosphere is casual, hip food court. Large tvs. Serves alcohol.
Amazing service! I got the gentleman's name because he was a beyond amazing kind of human being, extremely respectful and personable with myself and the other nearby guests. A young woman also assisted me who was very sweet and I noticed she was also attentative. I was sad they no longer had the tomato, but excited about the Masato. Still, the staff made it worth it. <3

I ordered the Spicy Ahi and it was very good! I usually order from PokeHub but I had a deal with Uber Eats for this place. Overall it was very good. I thought the portion could have been bigger but it filled me up. It was really creamy which was OK, but a little overwhelming.
Delicious and fresh fish! I'm on the gluten free diet and they were very helpful in navigating me through the options.Note: this is the tucked away inside "the block" - and here was not a big sign on the outside of the building but is a smaller sign when you walk up to the door.Dietary restrictions: Super helpful walking me through gluten free options, including bowls and the sesame dressing.

I adore this place! I wish it was closer to home; I can only drive up a couple times a year to hang out with friends. Always worth the trip, though. Consider franchising out to Charles county across the river...? ?

This place has the worst customer service and help line ever. They made two of my bowls incorrectly so I emailed pokeworks (specifically Emjhay) and she said "I will reach out to our restaurant team in regards to this". Let's be real. They don't. And I know because reading other reviews people have the same instance where they fake they are helping but in reality disappear on you and don't answer. No refund or code to get a bowl in exchange. It has been over 5 days and I kept sending emails to ask for an update and nothing. Look I understand if you make the online order wrong because it is busy but it was not busy at all! Place is fine but if they get your order wrong, good luck cause they won't do anything about it even if you have evidence !
