The dduk tastes fine but I was disappointed because I ordered 100 boxes of dduk for an event thinking it would be packaged nicely like the ddol dduk boxes. These boxes probably fit larger pieces of dduk but it didn’t have the types of dduk we wanted like the bekseukgi dduk. I’ve added a photo for reference if anyone decides to order large quantities of boxed dduk for events.

I bought 2 max cucumbers today.
They said it was $70 for one max, so I paid $140. They said they were giving it to me cheaply, but they said it was too cheap and they couldn't carry it, so I had a hard time carrying it by myself. How can a man do this?
I am 76 years old and I carried 50 pounds of cucumbers by myself. This is a house I will never go to again.
Even if I die, if I don't eat cucumbers, I won't eat them.
You will never buy cucumbers from a store like this.

Sorry, boss! A little over 1 pound of cold cuts costs $16.51. I don't know if it's too expensive. After the coronavirus, all ingredients have gone up... (I wish our wages would have gone up as well...) Nevertheless, it seems too expensive... Sinchon Seolleongtang across the street is $16...almost the same price. The taste is too salty. Looking at the picture, it looks like it was boiled in soy sauce, but it's salty enough that you don't need the included salted shrimp, so it's hard to eat more than three in a row. It's a shame because it's a cold meat commonly served at funeral parlors in Korea. (If it's cheap, you don't have to buy it. I'm sorry for talking so much after buying it. I thought it would taste that good.)

The morning vegetable kimbap is definitely the best at Dongne.

The food may be delicious, butI don't like the unpleasant tone of voice and half-hearted answers. I hope you pay more attention to customers' questions.

Bottom line: Think twice before ordering catering or any large order here. In fact, based on my experience with our large order, I wouldn’t recommend this place in general.We made a large rice cake order, mind you - for my grandmother’s memorial service, and although I understand it was a last minute order, they significantly fell short in quality and service.Things that fell short:1. When they delivered the boxes, each one wasn’t filled with the proper number of rice cakes and they tried filling it with pieces of bread instead of rice cakes.2. They demanded payment at the memorial service in check form and when we explained we didn’t have checks right now and offered to pay with a card, they said they couldn’t take card payment because they didn’t have a machine. We then offered to stop by their Annandale location first thing the next day and they kept insisting we pay on the spot.3. Eventually, we were able to visit the location to pay. We opted to pay with a credit card and another $60 was added for the credit card processing fees. We honestly wouldn’t have had a problem with this if we had gotten a warning but we didn’t. They didn’t even give us a receipt at delivery.If your family is considering this place for a large order, please just be aware of the service and quality. Especially the woman owner here who will call repeatedly to demand payment at any hour of the day.

It's delicious and I like it, but the kimchi taste is a little different.

Seasoned dishes (skate, squid, oysters) and kimchi (bachelor kimchi) are outstanding.
