The food is always good. I recommend the Craycken seasoning blend. The fried clams are delicious too. My one issue is that they don't keep an accurate menu anywhere you can find what they have available or are serving without calling them. You have to call armed with choice b, c, and sometimes d.

Service was quick enough, but the ambiance is very much lacking. Food was fine, but I was concerned when the person taking orders didn't know what Heineken was - my friend I was with had to explain that it's a beer. They also don't give you bibs if you order the blue crab, so just be prepared. I would go with the chicken and shrimp sandwich if I come here again.

Went here on a Saturday night after 10pm. TLDR: I wouldn't recommend eating here late at night. It's super chill and okay for drinking!We walked in and the bottom floor was empty. Like NO ONE to say hello and weren't sure if they were open. We hear music so we went upstairs. There was live music and three guys who looked like they worked here.I asked a tall guy behind the bar how to order. He said to sit down and someone would help us. That doesn't happen, so save yourself 30 mins and just order everything at the bar. I believed him and found a seat then 10 mins later, I push the button on the table for service. 10 mins later, I decide to go up to the bar to get two Blue Moons. "We are out," so I got two Corona's. I wait for someone to give us menus and take our order. I push the button again then finally I wise up and ask for a menu from the back then go back up to place my order at the bar again. Food comes but no napkins, no forks, no spoons, no plates. We ordered Crayken fries, mussels and shrimp, and rice which they forgot. No one comes to check in on us or ask us if we need anything. Like I said, it's super chill. The food didn't have any flavor or much sauce. They ran out of sausage but didn't offer to substitute for something else. I ordered extra corn so instead of one small piece, I got an extra for almost $2 - which actually being sour and old.They had a guy doing live music and tall guy behind the bar was also singing several times. Some guy came to our table as we were eating telling us there was a $10/person for live music (no real sign when you enter) and then showed us a piece of paper with his Zelle account. Super bummed because I wanted to like this place.I wouldn't go back here for food at night but wish you all luck in your experience for good service and food if you try it!

Came in today to get wings with blue cheese dressing and fried shrimp. Prices on menu are incorrect, they were higher and they have only ranch dressing. The guy that took my order NEVER advised me of the price increases until AFTER I PAID AND QUESTIONED THE TOTAL. No thank you. DISHONEST MERCHANT. I will not be back. Oh and I asked what fish came with the fish and chips and I was told, WHITE FISH! Any idea of how many variety of fishes are classified as WHITE FISH??? I specifically requested CATFISH. This business has gone straight downhill!!!

Location was very nice. Waiter was very responsive and respectful. Food was delish. Will be coming back to try something else. It was a Monday night and we had the floor to ourselves. Music was not too loud so we were able to have a nice conversation.

Release the Craycken, more like "decrease the slackin!" Bar none, the worst service I had in a while. Had a reservation for a party of 7... arrived and took over 30 mins to get menus. One of two parties in the whole restaurant. Took another 45 mins to get our food! Which is crazy since it was a a bunch of orders of seafood boil. Had to ask 3 times for our menu. Once we got our food, we were not impressed with the portions. I get it, we paid by the pound, but dang 4 pieces of corn and sausage for $250 order? Plus the crawdads looked gray in color and the chicken was dry. Definitely not coming back.

Although the food is really good and I've eaten there a few times, the service is outstanding. Everyone on staff is incredibly friendly.
Since the restaurant opened, we have been going here, and just thinking about the shrimp and chicken fries makes us drool. And the hush puppies, of course.

Server was great had a good conversation with him while the food was cooked. I ordered clam strips and tater tots. When I got home I had burned clam strips and french fries....They were ok at best not sure if I am going back again but I'm willing to give them another try. Hoping they can get my order right.
