Please don’t waste your money or time. I never write reviews but feel this needs to be said lol. I thought maybe the awful service would be fine if the snocream stuff was good, but that was somehow bad too.
Snowcream was watery with very little flavor. Toppings couldn’t save it and the portion was huge so I threw away most. My bf also threw away almost everything. The employees were very rude and made us wait around confused as no one was at the register but the employees at the bar ignored us until we said something. When they did come to help they barely said a word which was odd. Hopefully I can save you from this experience.

Went into Snocream and the new Hana Poke today. I was served by a kind, absolutely wonderful and beautiful young girl and she told me her name is Sydney Leanna Nguyen. I haven't a damn clue what she put into my milk tea boba or my poke bowl, but it was the best thing I have ever put into my mouth. I felt like I was traveling to another dimension. I gave her a $6/7 tip but she deserved 100x more than that. Give that young girl a raise! Make her the owner! Everyone deserves to experience this once-in-a-lifetime flavor.

I got the taro boba tea and I thought it needed more flavor. My friend got the honeydew with other toppings added to it and it was really good! I don't know if I will be back for bobas but maybe to hang out because the place is a good chill spot.

I was soooo happy to see that they relocated just a few doors down from their old location! I love this place. The snocream is so soft, and the portions are huge. Highly recommend the Thai tea and milk tea flavors.

I really wanted to love this place since it reminded me of another snocream spot (different company same kind of product) when I lived in Hawaii. Unfortunately, I would agree with other reviews that it tastes watery and not so flavorful. The toppings were good though. I will probably come another time to try another flavor in hopes of changing my mind.

I usually love this place, but I came here after a long day or work (today 07/1/2025) and was so excited to have Snocream (as I live 45 mins from there). I arrived at 9:22pm (they close at 10). I was told that they already cleaned the machine and were done for the day. 38 minutes before they closed, they cleaned the machine, WHICH MAKES ZERO SENSE TO ME. Very disappointed with this place, used to be a staple for me.
