I usually love this place, but I came here after a long day or work (today 07/1/2025) and was so excited to have Snocream (as I live 45 mins from there). I arrived at 9:22pm (they close at 10). I was told that they already cleaned the machine and were done for the day. 38 minutes before they closed, they cleaned the machine, WHICH MAKES ZERO SENSE TO ME. Very disappointed with this place, used to be a staple for me.

Stopped by @ 9:07 after my shift otherwise I would’ve come earlier, to find out “they are serving any sno cream right now” simply because they cleaned the machine and shut it down early. They close at 10pm, how long does it possibly take to clean an ice cream station? It’s inside of a food hall, it’s a small area…

Waited for 30 min to be met with flavorless ice. Not exaggerating—save yourself time and money and drizzle some chocolate sauce on crushed ice at home. 🤷🏻♀️

Great little place to pick up a sweet treat! We got the Thai tea shaved ice / bingsoo with banana, Frosted Flakes and boba. It was literally overflowing (we needed a lot of napkins). Decent price for such a large portion. Definitely coming again :)

Ordered a Thai Tea, an Ube Latte, and snowcream. Both were drinks were mediocre, the tapioca balls were hard and not the normal texture. They didn’t ask preferred sweetness level for either drink and left sweetener out altogether. Had to remake a drink multiple times even after order was confirmed. Thai tea also tasted like chemicals. The only item that was great was the snowcream. It was quite large but a light treat.

this place blows. we stood in line for 15 minutes waiting. cashier stood talking to his buddies for 5 minutes. then when we came up, he says that they are understaffed and that they are closed and not taking orders anymore. this is on a sunday at 8:35. management, you might want to figure this out. not cool. anyway, so many other places in annandale to go.

Super cool environment (multiple options under one roof), the SnoCream was fun and tasty, service was good
good experience there! had a matcha milk tea with honey boba and 75% sweetness. it may have been the most delicious boba tea I’ve ever had. it was made quite well and I especially enjoyed the creaminess paired with the matcha flavor and how all those components came together. I’d be happy to try their shaved ice if I come back sometime.

Got two milkshakes that both tasted like vanilla milkshakes. They put three large scoops of ice cream into each milk shake. Two scoops of sweet cream and then one scoop of the flavor you order. Both tasted like vanilla milkshakes.

It was okay. I was disappointed since it’s been years since I’ve had Asian shaved ice, and we drove out an hour to get here.
The DF options are the worse flavors. Just watery and flavorless. The only bites that tasted good were the ones that had condensed milk on them, and that was only about 10% of the cup. They should definitely consider doing the drizzle in multiple layers of the cup.
I tried looking at the menu with the QR code, but it doesn’t work.
