Came here for the first time and had their bulgogi box. Everything was really good. The box also came with soup. There was plenty of leftover for another meal. I will say that the side of kimchi was just ok. If you want to order from here then call ahead first. It took about 20 mins for them to make the meal.

If you sa rang soju... or if you sa rang raw sea food.. This is the place for you. It must of been a sushi bar at one point b/c there is a sushi bar that nobody uses. But this is the place for people to get their raw fish cravings satisfied. They also offer take out but... you'll be missing quite a bit if you order take out. If you order from the restaurant to eat there the side dishes are quite a bit more. They can accomidate a group that is about 16 people are so if you have party that large in a separate room. BUt the whole restaurant may seat up to 70 comfortably.

We had dinner here on Saturday night. Restaurant was nearly full but there was only one server, one bus lady and a manager or owner. The waitress has been there for a long time. Though the other lady help serving she was so busy she literally ran around all the time. But service was pretty good. Although we had to call for service nearly every time we needed something the waitress and other lady were very polite and pleasant every time. Sashimi set we ordered came out pretty good as well. We had very good time and will definitely go back.

Perfect if you're looking for a Korean & Japanese restaurant. I'm really impressed with the side dishes they have here - we got the green pancakes, corn, bacon wrapped tapokki, grilled garlic, grilled mushrooms & veggies, rice with fish roe, seaweed salad, steamed eggs, etc. As you can tell, the variety in these side dishes is incredible and each tasted very good. Main dishes: - Grilled Japanese Mackerel: 7/10 overall was pretty good but would've liked a little more crunchiness and flavor - Sashimi Combo: 9/10 awesome sashimi combo with everything you need. For this, you have to wait a little bit more (45mins/1hour). - Kimchi tofu soup: 9/10 really good and authentic taste for this soup. Kick from kimchi was great. Pair it with some steam rice and you're good to go! The setting is great for families, kids friendly and large tables. Service was overall satisfactory - could be faster but I think they were understaffed. Would come again!
Really really unsure as to why this place even has any stars. Came here for lunch with my boyfriend and his brother. We were not impressed. Came in and the restaurant was empty, which should of been a sign right before the dinner hour. We were greeted by two hostesses who sat us and only gave 2 menus. We ordered a salmon salad, salmon roll and LA beef rib/Galbi to share. I wanted to order the Jeyuk Bokkeum(spicy pork), but they were out. It didn't take too long for the salad or sushi roll to come out but boy were we disappointed. For presentation purposes, it looked great, but the quality of their food not so great, we questioned if we were given scraps of salmon. The salmon in the sushi was unevenly cut and in the salad as well. The Galbi was tough and hard to chew. Maybe it was just an off day or maybe this is typical service but I left hungry and ended up going to another restaurant after.

I wish there was an option for zero stars! I don't feel welcomed whenever I stepped into the restaurant. Imagine, they would smile towards other customers entering but their facial expression would drop when they see me. I have never caused a problem in order for them to dislike me. I just liked their sushi and they would always give me attitude whenever I ordered from them. I HAD ENOUGH!!!!! I'm not going to keep buying from them and CONTINUOUSLY receive horrible treatment.

Love Soju Sarang! Every time I've come here I have always had a great experience. The sashimi is fresh and delicious. I always get the sashimi combo and it comes with a bunch of side dishes, so it's definitely worth the price! It comes with some small things, but also has a green pancake thing made with dduk and it's so freaking amazing! It also comes with a steamed egg and soup as well. This place has quickly become my go-to sushi place.
