Starbucks

Came in for a drink and to do some work. The employees were incredibly loud and unprofessional. They were having loud personal conversations, borderline yelling at each other. When I went to order my drink, the girl had to ask me to repeat myself because she couldn’t hear me over her coworkers!! They spend more time talking to each other than making drinks. It just came off as very unprofessional. I could tell the other patrons doing work in the store were also irritated by it. On top of that, the store was dirty. Wouldn’t recommend for a dine-in experience

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been stopping by the Starbucks on Backlick Road, and almost every time, I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by Taylor. She’s seriously one of the kindest and most genuine people I’ve met. Her attitude is always positive and welcoming, and it really makes a difference. My drinks are always perfect—never missed. Taylor is not only a great barista but also just a beautiful person overall. Starbucks is lucky to have her!

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Starbucks. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was unwelcoming, the utensils and equipment looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite a while, but I decided to give the benefit of the doubt.

I ordered an iced chai with vanilla sweet cream, but the sweet cream barely tasted like the usual Starbucks sweet cream. Something was clearly off.

Then, while eating my sandwich, I noticed something black halfway through, which was strange, because I’ve ordered this sandwich many times before and never seen that. When I opened it, I found a black hair inside the sandwich. I have red braided hair, so it definitely wasn’t mine ,and even if it were, finding a hair inside the sandwich is completely unacceptable.

I paid $13 and couldn’t enjoy my food or drink. This experience was not only disappointing but also concerning in terms of hygiene. I won’t be returning to this location unless serious improvements are made.

Not answering their phone at all couldn't cancel order

So I went into this Starbucks today and the lady making my drinks didn’t even call out the name so I had to wait, but that part was fine the part that terrible is that when she was making one of my drinks she kept over filling it and trying to put the top on like how inconsistent can you be when making a drink I then when I was leaving when my two drink the cap feel off one of them and I went to get another one and she was like sure in a rude way and handed it to me, I don’t like the fact that every Starbucks makes drinks different like your Starbucks you need to make your Starbucks all the same not Different.

I stopped by Starbucks for some afternoon tea, and I’m so glad I did! Saieda was absolutely amazing — so sweet, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to make my visit special. She brought such a lovely energy, and it made the whole experience even better. Thank you, Saieda, for the wonderful service!

Good coffee, staff happy at 4am, and a good atmosphere. Makes for a great stop in the early commute.

I ordered 3 items on DoorDash and they gave out my order to somebody else, and when my dasher arrived the place they said they couldn’t do anything about it.That’s actually a bad service,I do NOT recommend ordering there.

Really rude staff! Asked for a simple rewards application and they didn’t even try and were plain rude.

If you're still paying for outrageous prices at Starbucks for their mediocre coffee and bad tasteless food, then this is the place to go.
Starbucks is one of the most unhealthiest places to get coffee, too, so give them a hard pass.

This specific location is a reminder of why I rarely go to any Starbucks… I placed a mobile order because I was on my way to work and needed to plan my time carefully. The order was 15 minutes late, and they also notified me, after 10 minutes of standing there, that they didn’t have the food item I had ordered. When I took a sip of my drink, that just tasted like hot milk, I found a piece of plastic floating around in my mouth. After being already frustrated and just trying to leave at this point, I was waiting for my replacement sandwich; the timer for the oven had gone off, and the employees were just standing there chatting while the timer must have beeped for well over a minute. I never write reviews, but this was really frustrating.

The main times I go to this Starbucks is early morning around 5:30AM. Every time I go, I see the same employee that’s working the cash register. Her service honestly sucks. One time she probably made me wait 5 minutes while she was chatting away to take my order. She’s also messed up my order several times. She doesn’t even bother to repeat back the order to see if everything is right cause I give her my order she puts something in then I get confused when a drink comes out that’s not what I asked for at all. One time I order a matcha and I get a vanilla latte. Another time I order a vanilla latte and I get a caramel macchiato. Make it make sense. I guess if you’re POC she won’t pay any attention cause there’s been times when she’s literally speaking to me and getting my order and turns away and talks to someone behind me. Maybe that’s why she keeps getting my order wrong who knows, but she should get her act together because she repeatedly makes mistakes but I don’t know if that’s just with me.
