Starbucks

This specific location is a reminder of why I rarely go to any Starbucks… I placed a mobile order because I was on my way to work and needed to plan my time carefully. The order was 15 minutes late, and they also notified me, after 10 minutes of standing there, that they didn’t have the food item I had ordered. When I took a sip of my drink, that just tasted like hot milk, I found a piece of plastic floating around in my mouth. After being already frustrated and just trying to leave at this point, I was waiting for my replacement sandwich; the timer for the oven had gone off, and the employees were just standing there chatting while the timer must have beeped for well over a minute. I never write reviews, but this was really frustrating.

The main times I go to this Starbucks is early morning around 5:30AM. Every time I go, I see the same employee that’s working the cash register. Her service honestly sucks. One time she probably made me wait 5 minutes while she was chatting away to take my order. She’s also messed up my order several times. She doesn’t even bother to repeat back the order to see if everything is right cause I give her my order she puts something in then I get confused when a drink comes out that’s not what I asked for at all. One time I order a matcha and I get a vanilla latte. Another time I order a vanilla latte and I get a caramel macchiato. Make it make sense. I guess if you’re POC she won’t pay any attention cause there’s been times when she’s literally speaking to me and getting my order and turns away and talks to someone behind me. Maybe that’s why she keeps getting my order wrong who knows, but she should get her act together because she repeatedly makes mistakes but I don’t know if that’s just with me.

I usually never go to this location because there are multiple other Starbucks closer to my place … but I was out on errands and wanted a quick drink. Place looked nice and the cashier was nice, but I got my drink and it had HAIR in it. By the time I noticed, I was already long gone from the store. I gave them 3 phone calls, no answer. I was hoping to just notify them that it was unsanitary and to hopefully get a drink the next time (if I come back) but.. decided to just call their customer service line instead.

This place NEVER picks up their phone. They have also messed up several times on my order. Everytime I order a frappe with almond or oatmilk, they remove the whipped cream even though I selected whipped cream. They do this supposedly because some people have dairy allergies but I always make sure whipped cream is selected. If whipped cream is selected, that means I want whipped cream. They said the default is no whipped cream if you choose almond milk which no other starbucks does this.

A nice atmosphere, with workers who have a great attitude when it comes to picking up a morning coffee before work. Very personable.

This is the dirtiest public bathroom I've seen in a while. I 100 percent believe they do not clean it. The toilet was filthy, the floor hadn't been swept, the sink and mirror is disgusting. I know they don't go in there and clean it. I don't know if they have a manager but if they do, he/she is very negligent because this location is just a bunch of young people worried about getting their weekly check and not about their actual job description. Which is fine (believe me I go to work to get paid too, don't get it twisted) but y'all are messed up for letting a bathroom like that be accessible to the public, like do THEY go in there bcuz...I wouldn't get my coffee handled by them if they do.

5 Star service & yummy pistachio latte! I asked the lady working at the register how much caffeine was in chai and matcha, she actually took the time to look it up for me. How sweet! Then I decided to go with a latte instead, we both agreed I needed a pick me up this evening.
I like this Starbucks really well, I also like the Starbucks in Burke closer to home.
Chai and Matcha lattes are so yummy but less than 100 mg caffeine.
Review of this Starbucks in Annandale is solely for the excellence in customer service and customer satisfaction.
I know Starbucks is expensive, however you are getting what you pay for and if you don’t like your drink, just let them know and they will either make you a new one or different drink, at no cost (the one near my home is very accommodating to me and I know/like the team).
I also asked to sample the nitro brew and they provided me with a sample. So nice! Good team work and great customer service! Thanks!

The staffs need to focus on making drinks instead of chatting and playing with each other. I've never been waiting for 3 drinks more than 45mins even I ordered through the app 15mins before I arrived. Crazyyy!

I went to this restaurant the other day for a quick stop. There's plenty of parking, handicap parking, handicap accessible, bathrooms on the premises, and very very nice stuff. I ordered a head and was so pleased to see that the order was ready when I got there. Customers were being taken care of in a very quick and efficient manner. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would absolutely recommend for a visit!
