Then I decided to go with a latte instead, we both agreed I needed a pick me up this evening.I like this Starbucks really well, I also like the Starbucks in Burke closer to home.Chai and Matcha lattes are so yummy but less than 100 mg caffeine.Review of this Starbucks in Annandale is solely for the excellence in customer service and customer satisfaction.I know Starbucks is expensive, however you are getting what you pay for and if you don’t like your drink, just let them know and they will either make you a new one or different drink, at no cost (the one near my home is very accommodating to me and I know/like the team).I also asked to sample the nitro brew and they provided me with a sample. I went to this restaurant the other day for a quick stop. There's plenty of parking, handicap parking, handicap accessible, bathrooms on the premises, and very very nice stuff. I ordered a head and was so pleased to see that the order was ready when I got there. Customers were being taken care of in a very quick and efficient manner. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would absolutely recommend for a visit!

The people working here are the unhappiest individuals on earth. Extremely rude and ignorant. How do you work in a coffee shop and not know what a latte is? Well according to the person working here it’s coffee mixed with water. So to keep it simple all I did was order a coffee and it tasted horrible! I also ordered a warmed pumpkin loaf that wasn’t even warmed. How do you screw up the simplest of orders??? Didn’t ask if I wanted my receipt before tossing it away. Beyond RUDE!

The two times i visited in the afternoon, the staff spent more time socializing with each other than making customers drinks. One made a drink for themself, another leaned against the counter. During my second visit, when they were not busy, the one Barister decided she didn't want to make my drink, so she moved my order to the back counter. After over 10 minutes, I had to ask where my drink was. The staff then had the Barister, who was on break in the back, make my drink. I used to come to this location every morning before I changed work locations. The morning crew was great.

It smells like a sweat brothel in there. Omg. I literally had to leave. I didn't even order. Please fix it. It's not just someone coming in. It smells like bodies have been literally dying. I'm not kidding and this is not an exaggeration. Disgusting. Ecosure would not approve. Please clean your store and ask the employees to shower. If it's not only that, then something is wrong with the actual vents. Please have someone come in and fix that issue. It's not okay to smell like that on a food environment.
