Absolutely the worst subway you can go to. Avoid at all costs. The lady manager is terrible and uncaring about the service they provide and the business itself. Ownership needs to make a change immediately. However I doubt they will she has been there forever.
Employee was rude, and helped the two customers AFTER us. Wasn’t it first come first serve? Nope!
I frequent this subway often, and have never had a bad experience. Today was no exception. Although it was very busy the employees were extremely friendly and my sub was delicious per usual!
Had an order problem on the app, decided to call and they did not answer 5 times, no cancel button on app, nor a customer support, this location epically does not answer the phone
Wow. Twice in a row. My sandwich has been wrong. They used spinach instead of lettuce. Charge for double cheese but don't give it. The manager there has been rude both times. Avoid this place
The lady making the food seemed to try to disappoint me. First, I asked for a 6” on Italian herbs and cheese bread and she gave me plain white bread. Then I asked for tomatoes and she gave me 2 measly slices. So I asked if she could please give me more and she reluctantly gave me one single slice more. Then, I asked for banana peppers and she also gave me only 3 rings. I asked for black olives and I think she gave me 5 pieces. Incredibly disappointing and not to mention expensive experience. Subway used to be top tier for subs and now is easily last place.

By far the worst subway ever. Makes me never want to go to a subway again. The service was so bad. They make your sandwich the easy they want. We didn't ask for our sandwiches to be toasted but that was the least of the problem. After I looked over the toasted sandwich which I hate toasted meat we couldn't even make our sandwich in the order we wanted. They state you can't put your condiments before your veggies. WHAT!!! When did this start. I thought the whole meaning behind making your own sandwich is you make it your way. NOT HERE. Please be advise from these reviews you will not leave with a sandwich. ??????

Terrible service I don't recommend it the cashier is rude she attended me reluctantly I asked her for an order and she gave me what she wanted apparently.
Change the customer service staff since one pays for the food I'm not asking for free so that they serve me badly and give me what they want

The girl who served me today seems to have had a bad day and gave me terrible service. She didn't want to tell me the types of meats there were. She told me to look at the sign above but with those tiny letters you can't see anything and to make matters worse, she made a mistake. The sandwich was not spicy. I spent $30 for nothing thanks

A bad experience, the older woman who I don't know if she is in charge, has horrible treatment, yesterday I attended with my 2 children, when I arrived a very kind boy was assisting me, while I was ordering that woman appeared and began to indicate that no I can order this or that thing that I choose from the menu, I explained to him that it is in English and I don't know what it says, he began to ironically explain the translation to me, I wanted to put a portion of chicken on my son's bread and he told me that I couldn't have that one. It is ham, when I know that it is possible and I know that there is an additional payment, I let it go so the boy asks me a question about what cheese to use, I lean slightly on the display case and the woman told me that I can't lean on it. It can break, because if they put that up it is because the people who come spit when they speak and the taller ones put their hand in ? and if I got upset like I said because there was a DISCRIMINATORY air for being Latina, my daughter wanted to leave, she has 13 years old she felt embarrassed by the treatment that woman gave us, then she started to tell that the other time the glass broke and people cut themselves, that they spit when talking, the boys looked at her and you smiled at the bunch of nonsense that the woman said. woman, at the end of my order I told the boy that I would please put tuna, the lady listened and said that my order is chicken and that if I want tuna it is a payment of 4.99 per portion, as if implying that I will not be able to pay for it , in front of my children and I said to her, upset, MADAME, MONEY IS NOT A PROBLEM FOR ME, I wanted to tell her her 4 truths, of course, politely and altruistically, but out of RESPECT for my children and the people who were there, I didn't do it, my daughter wanted to leave, He didn't want to ask for anything more than a cookie because he didn't like the treatment that WOMAN gave us, I sincerely hope that she puts an Empathic person who knows how to treat people without DISCRIMINATION because that's how we feel, that's why when she started telling her story that people who come here spit when they talk, I was ironic and told him that I didn't know that LLAMAS CAME here (it is a Camelidae, which lives in South American countries) they have the tendency to spit that's why I told him ironically that LLAMAS came at Subway, I was seriously thinking of going with my oldest son's friends to celebrate his birthday ? because they like what they offer in their company, but with the attitude of that WOMAN, I'm not willing to look for another place nearby, I give you some advice: KNOW HOW TO GIVE TRAINING CUSTOMER SERVICE, to that woman, they add a little empathy, education and reasoning I give ZERO ? for the attention and service on her part, I give 3 ? to the food, because I wanted to increase supplies but not with that woman I felt like nothing, I give the environment a 4 ? it was ok, thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading my review dear managers and again IF YOU WANT TO CONTINUE FORWARD, in your business do it with people who do not act DISCRIMINATORY, well they say that an ENEMY of a LATINO, He is ANOTHER LATINO. Ahh and lastly, IF YOU ARE REALLY INTERESTED, customer service, READ the reviews, look that everyone COMPLAINS about the poor service of ONE WOMAN, I don't know if it will be the same one who served me, she is white with wavy hair (curly, kinky ) but always in a BAD MOOD, AND DISCRIMINATORY.
