This lady who calls herself the manager, doesn't know abc of customer service.
She is Very rude. I returned after long time hoping wouldn't see her face but unfortunately I had no option. She put very little all the sides when asked her for a lil more she gives a shifty face back. The guy behind me asked for a sandwich then he found out it has pork and asked for not to use she replied you should read it before.
So much can go on but leave it for good now

The lady manager is terrible. I ordered the 12 inch cookie and I asked for another fork. She denied my request saying one order one utensil. Who in their right mind is going to share the 12 inch cookie all by themselves? The manager needs to change asap. On top of that the subway cookie was cold.

I doordashed some damn sandwich and the bread was stale and ingredients were tasteless. I paid $25 with doordash and I ate trash. I will never ever ever buy subway thanks to this location.

Absolutely the worst subway you can go to. Avoid at all costs. The lady manager is terrible and uncaring about the service they provide and the business itself. Ownership needs to make a change immediately. However I doubt they will she has been there forever.

Employee was rude, and helped the two customers AFTER us. Wasn’t it first come first serve? Nope!
I frequent this subway often, and have never had a bad experience. Today was no exception. Although it was very busy the employees were extremely friendly and my sub was delicious per usual!
Had an order problem on the app, decided to call and they did not answer 5 times, no cancel button on app, nor a customer support, this location epically does not answer the phone
Wow. Twice in a row. My sandwich has been wrong. They used spinach instead of lettuce. Charge for double cheese but don't give it. The manager there has been rude both times. Avoid this place
