I was really hesitant to give a bad review and even tried going back in to talk to a manager which made it worse but after seeing similar negative reviews I decided to post. I have been going to Subway for over 30 years and in that time I have NEVER been told I couldn't get what fixings I wanted on my sandwich because it didn't match the description of the sandwich on the menu. Not only that, everytime I asked for more he would put one more tomato or jalepeno or banana pepper and I would have to keep saying more. I told the guy I would have just ordered a ham sandwich and put what I want on it if that's how they do things. When I went back in and talked to the manager, she told me that Subway is trying to be like McDonald's and I said but you're not and if I order from McDonald's I can add or take away anything I want on an order. All this to say I will NEVER NEVER NEVER spend my money at this Subway EVER again.

I went on a Saturday and the sub of the day is ultimate BMT. The girl behind thr counter had no idea what I was ordering. She asked the guy there and he kept repeating what I wanted like I didn't know. It took a few minutes for both of them to understand my order. Then at check out, I had to remind them what my order was. 6inch sub, small drink & chips. Very disappointing visit.

This guy had to be the most incompetent person ever. I ordered on the app and got root beer and diet dr pepper as my drink as a fountain drink. NONE were even a selection and had to settle for pepsi zero sugar which is fine because im not that picky but the thing that pissed me off was the fact that he told me i couldnt switch to the root beer that was in the plastic bottle because it said “fountain drink” on the receipt but he said that dr pepper and root beer were “simliar in taste” so it was okay and that i should take it up with the owner if i had a problem. Terrible employee. Whoever hired him needs to re-evaluate their hiring skills.

Terrible service
This is the worst Subway that we ever had. We would rate ZERO star if we could. We ordered a roast beef and a subway club. There is only a couple of sliced meat inside. The vegetables are much less than normal. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT.

Worst experience ever . Me and my son came at 910 and he ignored us completely he had headphones on . And we are local residents to this store and we keep coming here and we hoping to see customer service change. His name is Elias . This is not how a customer should be treated . Who hire this people they need better customer service . The store says it closes at 930 we got here 910 and he refuse to give us service . This location is not a corporate own but is does represent the company and this a terrible representation to its commitment to customer service. If this so called employee keeps working here without any papers it completely will kill a neighborhood subway.

I can't believe what I just witnessed. The subway sandwich maker was so rude to this nice elderly lady that I had say something. She just asked for a cup of ranch sauce to take with her sub, but the subway guy ignored her at first and then bullied her until she was intimidated. I made sure she got her little cup of dressing, but wow terrible behavior by the employee.

It took me a while to complete this review as I was waiting for a response from the manger of this franchise.My husband and I went to subway after deciding to just get a quick dinner since we couldn't decide what we wanted to eat. Everything was going well until I asked for extra tomatoes, his response to my request to insult me and for no reason whatsoever. We were told that we were black, fat, and poor. In reality my husband and I look damn good and we both have 2 college degrees each with careers that pay very well.About 10 years ago I would have been extremely angry and responded in a different way.The managers response to my email was to send feedback to the store about my experience however, there should be a training on customer service, cultural awareness, diversity.After taking sometime to think about it, I realized that if I looked like him, working at subway, and probably struggling to make ends meet, I would be miserable too. Life must be really awful for this racist person.

On July 10, I ordered 6 orders about 12 subs,the order was at the subway app, it said it will be done in 30 minutes, I got to the store at 8:15 pm and the order wasn't ready, the employee told me, your order will be ready in an hour, he said I am the only one working, the owner won't hire another employee to save money, then he said I am tired I will cancel your orders, that's really mess up my plan and my family, I don't want to rate the store with one star, but I really appreciate it if you can do something about it
