We love the Annandale location - it's one of the few places our toddler will happily sit and eat. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious and you get a lot for your money, and the drinks are good and strong.
Food was ok, tacos can be more flavorful, tortillas were a little bland with no taste. Elote was not grilled simply buttered up. Aguas frescas were really good and refreshing. Complementary chips and salsa were good. 🌮🍋🟩🌶️ Atmosphere music was waaaay to loud, could barely hear partner across table. Probably not coming back unless food quality improves.
Taco Ssam was good. Besides the fusion, there was nothing special or mind blowing about it in my opinion. The taste was good, the quality was good but I felt there was something missing that could have made the restaurant more unique and special.
