Have been coming here regularly. Great boba tea with a huge variety. I think the choices may be overwhelming at first but when you settle on a couple favorites, it’s an easy go-to place.

Updating my initial review. Definitely the best bubble tea in the area however they have issues with the lids. They're not properly centered and don't seal the cups fully. I ordered 4 the other day; there was an issue getting the straw through the heavy plastic lid that comes with the creamio and it accidentally slipped off the table before anyone could have it. They insisted that if I wanted another one I'd have to pay for it which I thought was bad customer service. I also realized after, that I had purchased 4 and should have had the 5th one free anyway. Poor customer service on their part to remediate the situation

I ordered 5 boba drinks—one of them was free as part of the buy 4, get 1 free deal. I got the brown sugar boba tea with less ice, but more than 60% of the cup was still filled with ice. I’ve never had this much ice in a drink before, and I’ve been to a lot of boba places.

They stay open pretty late compared with other Bubble tea places. So brought bunch of school kids after their orchestra assessment. They enjoyed their fullest. Drinks were very yummy, places was clean and order didn't take too long. We will be back again.

customer service and the timeliness of the order were great from my experience. and they have a nice simple indoor seating area. but the milk tea was not it for me. i got the thai brulee and the brown suger milk teas and both tasted really artificial. the boba tasted a bit old but at least it had a nice chewy texture. i won’t come back, but worth a try i think.
I asked for less ice and it reduced the actual product to less than a quarter cup (literally about 3 sips) I let her know I was not satisfied and she said she would not remake it. My request for less ice was not honored too as you can see. There are too many other good tea shops to put up with this! Total rip off!!

If I could give 0 stars I would, me and my boyfriend came in to this place because we found it on google and it had good reviews. We were really excited to try the drinks and did enjoy them. However, the drink they gave me came with the wrong straw so i couldn’t get any of the boba & i sent my boyfriend in to get the correct one. He was treated so rudely by a small lady at the counter when he asked Kindly for a boba straw. She claimed they only had one size and when he explained to her that the straw given wasn’t able to suck up the boba, she claimed “ well that has never been an issue” so my boyfriend (who has trouble speaking English well) just said thank you and left because he felt so embarrassed and as if she was being super rude due to his ethnicity. I went in to talk to them but was met with other workers who happily gave me the correct straw. I don't understand why this lady was making such a scene for a boba straw? Thats disgusting and definitely will never come back to this place . Clearly if you don’t speak English well, you are not welcomed at this establishment so beware.
