One of my favorite place, very good boba and creative drinks, but my last 2 visits, I asked for 25% sweet, but they make it regular or extra sweet, for both times which is very disappointing.

This place is our favorite boba place in town especially for their number 1 special. However, the last time we went the quality of their tea seems to have gone down. Hoping the quality goes back to what it was previously!

Got the oolong with tiramisu foam. Bubble tea is good. The foam reminds me of sweetened whipping cream more than foam but is a fun addition when I’m in the mood for something a little more decadent and sweet.Wouldn’t go out of my way for the tea or bubbles but would def visit when I’m in the shopping center.

I went again, and I wanted to get the grapefruit slush with mango jelly, but they got my order wrong! Somehow, they misheard me and gave me lychee jelly instead. Although I still liked the grapefruit slush with the lychee jelly, I was disappointed that they got my order wrong, and it wasn't as good in my opinion. If you want a combination that has just a hint more sweetness than the regular grapefruit slush, but isn't as sweet as the mango jelly, then the lychee jelly is better. I would say that the lychee jelly better blended with the grapefruit slush flavor. But for me, I liked the additional sweetness that the mango jelly gave, and was missing it with the grapefruit/lychee combo.
I love their milk teas! i always get their royal ceylon milk tea (sometimes w/ n sometimes w/o the tiramisu creme on top) (if you've never had the creme tho GET IT) the service is always quick n friendly n i enjoy the way they decorate their store throughout the year! great place to grab a drink n hang w friends!

This boba spot is ok. The taste is great but the actual boba itself is literally stuck together so it's almost impossible to get any bobas while drinking. You get some of them but the bulk of your boba is stuck to itself and you can't separate them. I'm not saying they need to be better at their job but they need to do better with mixing their main boba pot before placing the boba into the cups for serving. We were all finished with our teas and still had large blobs of boba still stuck to itself in our cups. It was a waste but we just threw them out. Also...I ordered a salted caramel coffee. It's a Vietnamese coffee over ice. I'm not used to being served straight ice with cold creamed coffee so I asked them if they can blend my ice because my drink was literally ice with a little bit of concentrated creamed coffee. They said no. lol That's the way it's supposed to be. (But the ice never melted when the coffee was poured over it so...no...that's not how it's made.) 3 hrs later, my iced coffee is still iced over. It's ok. It's still a good coffee so I'll have it tonight with my dinner. Overall...taste is great but actual tapioca and coffee preparation needs work.

I ordered the Royal Ceylon Milk Tea with Tiramisu milk cap and then the Stawberry Smoothie which was good and it tasted fresh. I went there on a non-busy day which is around 3 pm surprisingly there was nobody but the staff were able to accomodate us really fast! Atmosphere wise, there was a pungent smell in the store which made me leave the place after ordering.

Boba is always the perfect texture and the service is so fast, your order is always ready right after you finish ordering. The shop is very nice and clean and there usually aren't many people in it so I hope this place can get more business!!
