Never misses.
They are really friendly and fast service. The brown suger tea with regular boba is soo GOOD!!
Amazing place!! It’s open late night. Has a huge drink list and has some food options too. The place was popping off when I went there after dinner with a friend. The vibes are good and young. Lots of staff behind the counter to take on the night rush. You can order at the counter or at the kiosks. If I was still in college or hs, this would be a great hangout spot.
Just ordered some milk tea there. It was slow, but the girl was very rush and rude. No time for you to check your order. They won’t confirm or give you a minute to check your order like other milk tea shops. Buy 4 get 1, but you must ask for it. Otherwise, they will ignore. Worst service ever!
Boba was ok.
Tasty boba
We ordered a Cold Brew Vietnamese coffee (w/no boba) for me, and a Brown Sugar Milk "tea" for my friend. The tapioca pearls were lacking the "brown sugar" savor in her drink at this time.
I love the tea here. My favorite so far is the almond jasmine milk tea and my wife loves the wintermelon milk tea. There’s plenty of seating to hang out. Service is quick.
Staff are nice and onigiri is great but the smoothies are a major disappointment. very little jelly ( or boba whatever you order)
And mainly ice in the smoothies /teas borderline scam but overall an alright place
Favorite place to get a drink and snack after class! Employees are really nice and the drinks are great ❤️

I looooooooooooooove it here. Tea Do Annandale is awesome. I think I’ve only had one drink there I didn’t love. And that was because I just didn’t like it, not because it was bad, if that makes sense. I love the baked salmon onigiri. The teas are amazing. My husband loves to get the brown sugar tiger milk, which is basically a brown sugary milk drink sans tea. It sounded odd to me at first, but I am it’s #1 fan now. Their lychee flavored drinks as well as the butterfly pea tea drink (I cannot remember the name, I think it was Shinobu) are both so good. I wanted to specifically mention those flavors because I find they can be difficult to nail / integrate properly into drinks, but they do it so fantastically every time. Whenever I go to the plaza Tea Do is in, I try to pop in and grab a drink. The decorations, art prints, and figurines are such a nice touch. The shop always smells delicious like tea and sugar. The staff sometimes are warmer or less warm but they always seem focused and attentive, which I would trade for someone warm & fuzzy. They’re always professional as well. And the kaonashi trash can is one of my favorite things there. iykyk. ?
Parking: It’s a public lot, so the parking is free, but it’s in a shopping center/plaza, so the parking spots are shared between every business there, so if it’s a busy day, you’ll have a harder time getting a spot, but I’ve never not been able to get one. It just might be farther from where I’m trying to go, but it’s not too bad.

I come here almost every week, and they only give half the amount of boba compared to other shops.
