The mango smoothie was so good I added mango jelly and boba and it was one of the bests I have had

I’ve visited this location several times in the past, but after today I won’t be returning. I ordered a matcha brown sugar milk tea, and when my number was called, I immediately noticed it looked nothing like the picture. There was no visible matcha or brown sugar in the drink at all.
Confused and hoping for a simple resolution, I spoke to an employee and explained that my drink didn’t resemble what I ordered, and that this was the second time this has happened(when I ordered in the past before). He apologized and took the drink back.
I waited and watched as the drink was supposedly remade, but instead, the employee whispered to another worker, who then poured brown sugar syrup into a new cup, dumped the original drink into it, and served it back to me immediately. At that point, I was very disappointed by the lack of care and honesty. I won’t be returning after this experience.

They put RICE in my drink.

I kept getting pieces of odd chewy things in my mouth that’s not the crystal boba. I spit them out on the second time to see what they are, it’s rice!!! YUCK 🤮🤮🤮

This is my once a week place to grab our favorites. We use both locations and I’ve yet to be disappointed.

Very good boba but it’s a little pricey

I have been to this location numerous times and have always had a wonderful experience. The drinks are fresh, hand crafted, delicious treats. Rashad was absolutely amazing. We will absolutely be returning!

They are really friendly and fast service. The brown suger tea with regular boba is soo GOOD!!

Amazing place!! It’s open late night. Has a huge drink list and has some food options too. The place was popping off when I went there after dinner with a friend. The vibes are good and young. Lots of staff behind the counter to take on the night rush. You can order at the counter or at the kiosks. If I was still in college or hs, this would be a great hangout spot.

Just ordered some milk tea there. It was slow, but the girl was very rush and rude. No time for you to check your order. They won’t confirm or give you a minute to check your order like other milk tea shops. Buy 4 get 1, but you must ask for it. Otherwise, they will ignore. Worst service ever!
