So usually the customer service is great, but lately it's not as welcoming as it used to be. I thought I had placed my order online, but forgot to hit the place order button before walking up to the counter. Showing annoyance about that when I apologized (and did not receive a response) was entirely unnecessary. As is tossing an order on the counter (a separate occasion) without any greeting, acknowledgement, or corresponding you're welcome is really poor customer service. Maybe they're having a bad day or it was really busy, but this is really disappointing, especially to a regular. Show some heart.

It's not goes with boba, you have to select the Boba and pay extra! I didn't look carefully so there's no Boba at all!! I ordered 11 cup for delivery and have to pay 15% tip, for what?! it's a fraud, the picture they put there has boba then you have to select and pay extra! so disappointed!

It's a bubble tea place, not much else to say. Practically speaking I believe it to be the best in the area, and also one of the better deals too. They have some food options too but I haven't sampled any of them. They are open late which is nice for a late night treat / hangout. The shopping center it's in gets busy at all hours so sometimes parking can be annoying, but I've never not found a spot.
I love this place for the great tea and customer and really nice to relax and share with friends I would definitely recommend.

This is probably my go to spot in Annandale for Boba Tea. It seems like whenever I go there it's always busy with people but the line goes relatively smooth and orders come out fast with numbers being called out for pick up. I can't really say much about the food but it's on my to do list, I promise you that. Lots of spacious tables to sit around to hang out with friends which makes for a pleasant social atmosphere if you are coming from the PC Cafe Next Door or perhaps the KBBQ place right a few stores down. I got the Brown Sugar Tiger Tea with Boba. You really have to shake the drink a bit but I'd probably recommend getting less sugar if you don't want the sweetness to be overpowering. For a store that opens till late, it's also a big plus when the other Boba places are closed. Check it out if you like boba tea! Especially if it opens late! A big menu with boba/jelly options, friendly staff, and a vibrant atmosphere with many pop culture references to Anime.

Loooved the Ube boba tea with jelly. So glad I was able to find one here. The matcha boba wasn't bad either - who doesn't love an earthy tea? I didn't try their apps, so my rating doesn't include that. I think a plus was the free arcade games my husband and I were able to play while we waited for our order.
