Its only convenience is that it’s open 24hrs. Very average food compared to the most k-pop places; there’s practically nonexistent customer service.

Completely garbage. Probably worse around Nova
The Korean food is so bad here, nothing taste fresh, no flavor, meat is stale and smells horrible. The only patrons are non Koreans and they prob don’t know how bad the food is. I can’t believe these kinds of restaurants stay in business. No wonder Koreans don’t eat here, it just full of Chinese customers who don’t know food korean food anyways.
Food was ok. The server was so rude. She forgot to give us rice for one of the soup and ignored us when we asked for help. And when I pointed out that with the manager, she walked away again. The manager wasn’t trying to help at all. I suggest to go somewhere else.

Vast majority of customers are not Korean, as the food isn’t suited for Koreans. It’s just bad.

Salt salt and more salt! The pork was bland and wasn’t cooked fresh! I threw up when I got home! The food was disguising! The fried dumplings were ok

I visited this restaurant tonight, and while I’ve been here many times before, this experience was unlike any other. Usually, everything runs smoothly—the food was good as always—but tonight, the service left me disappointed.
There was only one server, who I assume was the owner since he spent the entire time standing at the cashier area doing nothing. Meanwhile, a hardworking Mexican guy—who I’m not sure if he’s a food runner or busboy. He went above and beyond. He was the one who greeted us, brought water, refilled drinks, provided to-go boxes, and even dropped off the check. He handled everything, and honestly, he did an incredible job. The owner, on the other hand, ignored us—even when we tried to order from him—and left all the work to the food runner.
When we were ready to leave, I tipped the food runner in cash directly because he absolutely deserved it. However, as we were walking out, the owner approached me and asked for a tip. I told him I had already tipped the Mexican guy who actually took care of us. It’s outrageous for the owner to demand a tip when he provided no service at all.
My advice? Be sure to tip the right person. The Mexican food runner worked hard and delivered excellent service—he deserved every bit of that tip, not the owner. Management needs to do better and acknowledge the people who are truly keeping the restaurant running.

never came back here after seeing a baby cockroach crawling across our table when we were there late at night. this was a couple years ago though, so not sure if cleanliness has improved.
food itself was okay for being 24/7

Way overpriced, and the food was mediocre at best. The service kills it though. After waiting about 15 minutes, I had to get up and get our own take away boxes and go ask for the check. $70 including tip for two people. I can cook the meal of the year for that price.

The banchan/side dishes were SALTY! They will give you refills but with an attitude.
The Seafood Pancake is delicious and it has a lot of crunch. Squid is a bit chewy.
Intestines Tofu Soup is clean and great!
Dolsot Bibimbab is yummy!
The food is good, don’t get me wrong, but the service is TERRIBLE. They gave me the side eyes when I asked for more side dishes, but it was limited. I only got 4 pieces of kimchi radish and 2 spoonfuls of kimchi. The other side dish is radish and jalapeño in soy sauce, and I got 5 pieces of radishes and 3 pieces of jalapeños. I usually ask for 1 refill at other Korean restaurants, but here, I needed 3 refills because of their side dish portions.
