Intern: We went for a morning snack/ breakfast/ brunch. We ordered an assortment of pastries. I really enjoyed the honey cheese pancake, Korean sausage bread, and the mini sausage rolls.
We got a matcha frappe. I asked how many pumps of syrup were added in the frappe, and the cashier told us that there were five pumps of syrup. We asked for no pumps, and he told the barista to make a milk frappe. We heard this and thought it sounded very wrong, so we asked what he meant by a milk frappe. He told is it was just milk blended with ice. We had to explain what we meant by a matcha frappe with no pumps of syrup.
I’d say the place was relatively clean. There was a sandwich board with a drawing of
LeBron James that said Lakers in 5. They have a new drawing every time we go, and it’s super fun to see the drawings.

Hello! I went to the TLJ location in annandale, va today, and im a regular- i go there at leats twice in a week. And usually im pretty satisfied with the service. But today I went there to celebrate my dad’s birthday and i got two shaved ice. but I literally waited there for 37mins - my ocd self actually calculated the time - but the person who were doing the bingsu started talking to her friends when she was done with the bingsu ( so she did not hand the order to me but started talking to her frineds who were just there, not even workers). And then when I picked up my order, the tray was full of the dropped syrups and shaved ices outside the cup. And when I told her that, she told me to grab napkin and just wipe it off!! Im really unsatisfied with my order and the service. Im an asian American myself and i am usually very exited and boastful to go to any TLJ location and even bring my friends. But with what happened today .. i dont know man

I used to enjoy every time I go in the store And spend money there to get my drink, But today It was terrible🙃 The female staff are too relaxed. I had to wait a long time for my drink. My latte is so flat it had too much milk and no foam, It was too sweet. I even had to throw away my drink after I sipped it three times.

We’ve been loyal customers of Tous Les Jours for quite some time because we genuinely enjoy their pastries and cakes, especially the Chocolate Cloud Cake. The quality and flavor are always excellent, and it’s a favorite in our family.
That said, we’ve experienced a few recurring issues with order accuracy. On multiple occasions, we ordered the Chocolate Cloud Cake but received a different one (Cloud Cake), even though the receipt was correct. More recently, I was overcharged for pastries. Fortunately, Christine, the manager in charge, handled the situation very professionally and offered a resolution, which I truly appreciated.
This feedback isn’t meant to complain, but to kindly suggest being more careful with orders. Everyone makes mistakes, we totally understand that. I just hope the team works on improving, as the products themselves are worth coming back for.

Best cafe in the area, nothing compares. This is the place to be. The food is perfect, the desserts are excellent and the coffee is amazing. Highly recommend, this cafe is very clean and delivers a great modern cozy aesthetic. Great place to grab a pastry and do some studying and or reading.
