My husband and I came in to order on a Sunday afternoon. There were only two active orders on the order status screen at the front, so they did not seem busy at all. There were only two employees working, both looked at us multiple times, did not greet us at all, and waited 5 minutes to take our order. One came to take our order and stopped me mid order saying she wasn’t logged into the POS system, she then went back to what she was doing and the other girl finally decided to help. Meanwhile they are blasting music so loud it covers and clashes with the regular radio music at the front of the store. Right now we are listening to Kacey Musgraves on one speaker and Doja Cat on the other much louder one. We have yet to have a bad quality experience with the food at this location, but the customer service could definitely be improved upon.

The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better

Wingstop has good fries good wings good food hot wings the best drinks the best dipping sauce and I like to eat Wingstop especially on game day

We tried the Wingstop in Erie, Pa tonight & was hugely disappointed! Ordered online, requested extra cooking time, and the dips we wanted! Went to pick them up at the time they said & still had to wait another 30 minutes! They said to check if everything was in the bag (lol). So, get home, the wings were 1/2 cooked and ended up in the trash, there was 3 pieces of celery & carrot splinters, and one dip, not the 2 I ordered! Needless, I will just stick with the Cab, Avonia Tavern or Presque Isle Pizza!

I had a great experience at this Wingstop. The store was very clean and well organized, which made it feel comfortable right away. The atmosphere was welcoming and calm, and the staff kept everything looking neat and taken care of. It’s a nice place to come in, enjoy your food, and feel relaxed. Overall, a really good environment and a positive experience.

Wings are so small you can't even tell these are chicken wings. They shouldn't be in business selling chicken wings. Terrible experience 😪

Alitas sin sabor y todas crudas, el aderezo está horrible aguado, las hamburguesas no están Taaan mal pero tampoco las recomiendo mucho.

Visité una sucursal en Av. Ortiz Mena en la Ciudad de Chihuahua y siendo las 3:40 pm no tienen ni aderezos ni tampoco una sola cerveza, la persona que te recibe no te avisa que hay faltantes hasta que aparece la mesera para preguntarte si cuando entraste te avisaron 🙃 pésimo servicio

Went in to the Moreland Ave location in Atlanta this evening to place a to go order! Gerald was exceptionally professional, attentive and on top of everything l! He deserves a raise and I hope y’all keep him around! His people skills are top notch!

The past week the food has been super fresh, the fries aren’t over cooked like normally. The chicken has been perfectly cooked as well.

I love wings! I had an issue with an order and spoke with the GM Kevin. He immediately made it right and was very professional. Thats what matters in business when they really care. Much appreciated and will be back soon - Thomas

Every location I pick up GrubHub deliveries has slow and rude service. I'm about to boycott their pickups with how consistently bad Wingstop is customer service wise.
