I did not leave a tip because no one checked on me during the time I was eating. The lady stood next to me ready for me to hit the tip button but I pressed zero. She said âwhatâs wrong with you ?â And I looked at her and said âtipping is not mandatory. Also, no one came and checked on me during the time I ate. So I am basing it off of the service I revivedâ and she proceeded to ask me âwhere are you from?â Which I did not answer and said excuse me so I could leave. Donât come here. Theyâre all money hungry for tips and probably reuse the food people donât finish. GROSS

You know when they say that the sweet spot for Asian restaurant ratings is 4.2 (low 4s) due to âpoor serviceâ for American standards but has amazing food? This is the spot.
The kalbi was on point and they provided EIGHT different dishes of banchan. We came at 1030am for kbbq so service was extra attentive. My new go to in Annandale if I can hit it during off hours.
PS, I found it hilarious that they service Costco bottled water. Theyâre tired of the typical âthey didnât refill my waterâ excuse for a poor rating.

I wonât talk about the male waiters because they were perfectly helpful and nice. Letâs talk about the rush culture and the rude, inappropriate behavior of the Korean waitresses.
They rushed you and were unfriendly from the get go once you walked in.
They hardly checked up on you, the food, and spoke with a harsh tone.
And by the time we paid for the meal and received the receipts, they returned to read and CALCULATE how much you tipped them IN FRONT of you.
And if you didnât tip them the desired amount? Theyâll stand there to give you and attitude. The food was good, but it doesnât justify the rude aunty waitresses.

First time coming here and wow, this restaurant tastes very authentic. The portions are huge so definitely worth the price. Personally like all the side dishes that came with the meal and you can ask for refills as it is free. The servers are also very friendly and responsive if you need anything.

Me and my family went to this restaurant and they had been before and stared it was not the same. The waitress seemed to want to rush us, they gave 4 drinks for 5 people, they refused to give a side shrimp for a child, when it came time for my son in law to pay she brought the check and stood over him asked him to hurry and sign. Won't I've ever encounter.

I have been coming here for years. They used to be open late, now they close almost as early as many large chain restaurants. The food is still good, but the service has really gone downhill. I asked for a box for my food and realized the kimchi and bean paste was almost gone. I asked for some to take with my meal. They usually don't have issues giving you more if you're still eating. They outright refused. I'm really regretting my 30% cash tip I gave them.
I travel here from Fredericksburg to have authentic food. I'm considering going elsewhere from now on.

Had a reservation with a group of 8 at 6pm on Friday evening. Table was immediately available and the waitress was great. Food came out quickly and very fresh and hot. Would definitely go back if I was in the area.
