Bulgogi (ground beef with onions and delicious sauce) and rice that you can wrap in a lettuce leaf and jap chae (glass noodle stir fry) both excellent. Wonderful assortment of condiments, relishes, pickled radishes, kimchi, etc. Only tried 2 kinds of sushi once; it was pretty good.

This restaurant is simply amazing. First of all, the entrees were extremely delicious and the miso soup was absolutely the best I have ever had. The beef teriyaki was almost godly with the rice and the main course, the kimchi lamb hot pot was yummy. The waitresses are extremely nice, and are very attentive. On the table, there is a handy button to call the waitresses when you need to order or ask for the bill. During the meal, the paper chopstick wrapper got too close to the flame for the hot pot, and caught on fire. The waitress rushed over, grabbed the piece of paper and stomped the fire out. She had absolutely no reaction. Simply amazing.

Yechon provides a wide selection of very authentic and nostalgic Korean Dishes. It has been a while since I had bossam and Yechon had some fantastic bossam. Reminded me of my moms home cooking~!
The place is packed & busy! Given that service was brief however they are as polite as a busy person can be. Food was delicious, plenty of options to choose from. They have table side grill which is what we went for it was a decent size not your usual all you can eat. Overall a decent visit.

Ordered to go at this restaurant and when we got home one of the side dishes had literally fungus blooming out of it. It’s undeniable that it has gone bad just by looking at the condition of the beans. How they can serve this to a customer is beyond my imagination and how old this food must be also makes me feel sick. Not going back. This is unacceptable.

Sushi was really deliciousThank you so much chefBut I don't think I'll ever go againI felt that the employees working at the table did not pay much attention to the table and instead treated us with an irritated voice.I thought I did something wrong, but I don't think I did anything wrong.The two of us ordered a fairly decent amount of food, and I continued to try to be polite to the servers.If the way they treated me was simply because I was young, I don't think that's the attitude a server should have.I hope you know that sometimes even young people visit restaurants like Yechon because they want to eat food served by friendly aunts.
We are never disappointed coming to Yechon and been frequenting for over 15 years now. Food, service and atmosphere are spot on.

I used to come here several times years ago and it was amazing from the food and service(they used to give me Yakult yogurt for free after we paid help me out because I don’t understand Korean dishes that well), but as of today the server was so rude like they told us that they did not have bulgogi at the moment but after I saw the other customers that came in after me get it. I feel so disrespected because I felt like cause I was young and not Korean. Then she had the audacity to ran out as I left demanding me to give tips. Food was not that good anymore so there was no way I would tip and the service was not deserving the tip. She even said “in my 23 years of opening we have never had a customer not tip”. But if you scroll down to other reviews you clearly can see how bad of a place this is. I would not recommend this place I rather head down to Baltimore and get me Be.se.to which is hours away from here than go to this spot which is 5 minutes away.
