I ordered online and the order was to be ready at 6:28. Arrived at 6:33 and had to wait for the order to be made. Only one car in the drive through in front of up. The employees were really friendly and nice.

Basic Hardee's. The Burger I ordered was good for fast food, but I had to go back to fix the Order. I was given the wrong sandwich. The staff were polite and Attentive for fast food standards. Store was pretty clean as well.
Thursday 645 pm. One car in front of us, four cars behind us. Waited 15 min for car in front to get served, then waited another 8 min at window when lady said they didnt have enough fries for our order so were making fresh, to pull up. Waited another five minutes. Pulled into a spot and was shocked to find two different size fries containers (both shld have been tye same size) with COLD WILTED SOGGY fries layed on their side with container being LESS than half full. Our bill was 25.00 and some change. We were given 16 packs of ketchup, yes 16. Go figure. This was the biggest rip off and horrible service in Appomattox. NEVER AGAIN.

This is my second week purchasing strawberry milk shakes from Hardees. The first experience the milk was warm and tasted as if there was no ice cream in them at all. Let’s not talk about the second time, milkshakes may not warm this time but did tasted worse than the last time. They tasted as if there was no ice cream in the shakes at all let’s not forget about the gritty taste like sand. I would have returned them but I live forty five minutes away. Those milk shakes cost too much for them not to care in what is going on with them. Let’s not talk about management that’s another review. So Hardees if you reading my review. DO BETTER!!!

Ordered the smoked sausage biscuit combo and had to wait 20 minutes for it. They didnt put 2/3 of the toppings on it, but charged full price for it despite this and all of the tables were dirty. The sausage did not have the taste or texture of a sausage amd.was literally a hot dog cut in half on a biscuit, they forgot to put the eggs or cheese on it. It was a hot dog. Some of the tables even had someone elses hair sitting on them. I didnt take it back because I didnt have another 20 minutes to spend waiting for food to get changed. They used to be good, but I wont be back.

Not a chance I'm using the ice machine with all the mold on the outside of the unit 🤢 they also need to do something with the men's bathroom just smells like pee everywhere in there every time.
