This is my second week purchasing strawberry milk shakes from Hardees. The first experience the milk was warm and tasted as if there was no ice cream in them at all. Let’s not talk about the second time, milkshakes may not warm this time but did tasted worse than the last time. They tasted as if there was no ice cream in the shakes at all let’s not forget about the gritty taste like sand. I would have returned them but I live forty five minutes away. Those milk shakes cost too much for them not to care in what is going on with them. Let’s not talk about management that’s another review. So Hardees if you reading my review. DO BETTER!!!

Ordered the smoked sausage biscuit combo and had to wait 20 minutes for it. They didnt put 2/3 of the toppings on it, but charged full price for it despite this and all of the tables were dirty. The sausage did not have the taste or texture of a sausage amd.was literally a hot dog cut in half on a biscuit, they forgot to put the eggs or cheese on it. It was a hot dog. Some of the tables even had someone elses hair sitting on them. I didnt take it back because I didnt have another 20 minutes to spend waiting for food to get changed. They used to be good, but I wont be back.

Not a chance I'm using the ice machine with all the mold on the outside of the unit 🤢 they also need to do something with the men's bathroom just smells like pee everywhere in there every time.

Most employees are rude as hell tables and floor are always dirty. Most employees are on the phone half the time seems more like a hangout than a job . Definitely needs better management

If I could leave a one star I would. To begin with they got my order wrong when I ordered. After being charged again I received my order made wrong and it was OLD. cams inside and nobody helped me until I showed my butt.

Excellent food. Great Staff. Stopped by on way home from Richmond at 540am. The staff was so friendly, greeted me with a smile. Best Hardee's breakfast I have had in long time. Steak was perfect, not greasy. Sausage was cooked perfectly. Egg was plentiful and tasted good. Biscuits were Excellent. They melted in your mouth. So glad I stopped by.
